Arena
Texture Map - A hologramitcal world generated through use of a large room and holographic grid as seen in Star Trek's Holodeck. The arena begins as a basic grassy field, large, flat and empty bar from a short layer of grass. At the end of every round, part of the grid is altered, and something alters, appears or disappears in the arena. This can be as basic as small rocks suddenly appearing about the place, or the ground becoming uneven. It might call for a river to suddenly cut through, or for half the arena to turn into a shoreline with sand and lapping waves. It may also change weather, begin to rain, a Sandstorm or even Acid Rain. Who knows what will happen, but at the end of every round, aprt of the arena will chance. By the end of the match, the battle may have moved to a Medievil Castle Courtyard, or a lone island in the middle of a frozen lake.
Sound like fun? I made it up today.

Sure thing Cyrus, hope you enjoy reffing it.
I choose Shade my male and recently evolved with a new sig move, Crobat
Ok Shade, lets keep that Kabutops in your sights, we never know what might happen in the arena at any time. We don't want him going anywhere right now so glare at him with a Mean Look to keep him rooted to the spot with fear.
Now, create a thick Haze and hide yourself in it. Follow through with an evasive Double Team A hidden target is annoying, multiple hidden target's are worse.

Ah Razor Leaf, do u not think Haze will make ur clones go...poof? But Cyrus's choice, so i need subs.
Okay, first, Blizzard and look away at the same time. If that takes two actions, just look away. Then when u see the first bit of Haze either A( If not two actions Ancient Power, or B( Two actions Blizzard widespread. For the Ancient power, amke sure that u do it quick to get an outline of Crobat. For your last trick, either Blizzard widespread again if Haze kills clones which it DEFINATELY should, or Swift Into the Haze, killing clones and hitting Crobat. IM done.

Razor Leaf vs. Gengar's Shadow (Ref: Cyrus)
Round 1:
Prebattle Stats:
Shade (Crobat, M): 100% (HP) 100% (Energy) | Center of Arena
Blade (Kabutops, M): 100% (HP) 100% (Energy) | Center of Arena
Commands:
Shade: Mean Look ~ Haze ~ Double Team
Blade: Blizzard ~ Blizzard ~ Swift
Battle:
Within the digitally constructed arena the two warriors face off, one immediately takes to the air and attempts to leave his opponent cowering. The other turns away and blindly releases a frigid assault. Shade finds it humorous as the arctic assault passes two his left by more than ten feet. Continuing to follow orders, Shade summons a billowing layer of moisture to obscure the arena. As the hapless Kabutops turns back to attempt to target his opponent the only thing he can see is the expanding layer of fog. His miniature cold front fails to accomplish anything save wasting his energy within the cloud. Shade generates a trio of clones that are immediately shredded by a burst of stars. As the round comes to a close, a metallic wall appears along the western edge of the arena
Post battle Stats:
Shade (Crobat, M): 100% (HP) 85% (Energy) | Center of Arena
Blade (Kabutops, M): 100% (HP) 75% (Energy) | Center of Arena
Arena Status: Empty Grass field. Steel wall along western edge. Dense Fog in center of arena (3 actions)

A Blizzard huh? We'll lets do our damnedest to avoid that Shade. Since you don't know Agility lets combine Quick Attack with Fly and shoot up as high as you possibly can to avoid all the incoming attacks.
Now stay up here until that Kabutops down below has done his last attack, then swoop down with a Pursuit

That was a hell of a blow there Crobat, lets keep up the same standard, and we'll do this Frost Freak in for good.
Lets make this a speedy triple combo. The Quick Attack combo worked well before, so lets use it again but combine it with Steel Wing. That ought to give the Rock type Kabuto a run for it's money. As you start your acceleration, emit a Confuse Ray to knock Kabuto sensless.
If that's confusing at all:
Confuse Ray, Quick Attack + Steel Wing

yay. An opening.
Subsitute and put low abouts in. That will stop the confuse ray and the combo. Then, while he flys at you, spray Blizzard to slow him down and Ice Beam to hurt alot!

Shade: Quick Attack + Confuse Ray + Steel Wing
Blade: substitute (small?) ~ Blizzard ~ Ice beam
Battle:
As the two continue their furious battle, Blade attempts to sculpt a life like doll before his opponent releases the beam. Yet to his extremely displeasure the mind-bending beam, released Shade begins in descent toward Blade, connects with Blade’s head. The beam’s effect is immediately apparent as Blade’s claw slips and cleaves through the inanimate doll. He pivots one hundred eighty degrees to releases a frigid burst in the hopes of deterring Shade’s dive. But the combination of speed, unsteady footing, and the mental instability is enough to make the Kabutops waver on his feet and send him stumbling to the ground. The frigid burst arcs wide to the left as Shade dives, metallic wing tips first, into Blade’s torso. A howl of rage is ripped from the wounded Kabutops’s body as Shade withdraws his four wings and takes back to the air. Staying down for the moment, Blade catches Shade’s upper left wing with a beam of frigid energy just as he passes the second level of girders. He collapses on the one of the cross beams, his wing frozen solid and unable to support flight. The grass disappears and is replaced by a multitude of uncovered cushions.
Post battle Stats:

At the moment, I don't have any battles running, so I don't want to be waiting. Sorry Gengar's Shadow but it's been well over the DQ time, and from what I can tell from posts in the Absence tower and your own posts recently, you are not inactive for any particular reason. Unless you reply to this topic today (as in Thurday Sep 4th) i'm claiming my winnings.
And now i'm claiming my winnings. I'm gonna evolve Orion my Mareep into a Flaafy.
