Just a few thngs I'd like to agree on:Rest, Attract, and Sub' banned. And to get this battle over quickly, Ampilfied Damage given for attacks. That is all.

I'll ref! ^^ (This is, if you'd like. I'll still post the arena I choose, so you know what you're getting.)

Arena: An underwater chamber, deeply submerged. Inside of the chamber, however, there is no water aside from a small pond in the center of the arena. Thick and coiling vines reach up to the top of the dome, then circle around the ceiling. The flooring is dusty dirt, adorned with a few rocks, most large and able to support the weight of a Pokemon. There is a second chamber to the building, though it can only be accessed one way. The glass of the first chamber is sturdy, yet still breakable from intense force of Pokemon attacks. If any of the glass is punctured by an attack, all the glass in the first room of the dome will shatter, then the entire place will flood. Then the battle will take place on the second chamber, until after three rounds, which the glass of the first chamber will magically be restored.

Second Chamber - Sealed away at the side of the first chamber, this area can only be accessed after a flood, then is sealed away once more after both battlers come inside. It's smaller than the first chamber, and the ground is wet and is covered with about an inch of water, until the center of the arena where the land is sloped upwards to form a ground platform and it's covered in fresh green grass, with a tree somehow emerging from the water. And although this place is also surrounded by water, the glass cannot be broken. The ground platform winds around the tree, allowing any Pokemon to reach the top of the arena. After three rounds, the battle goes back to the first chamber.

OK Twist.. lets set up some defenses this round. Start off with a Double Team, then set up a Safeguard. End the round with a Dragon Rage. If Iris gets close to you, use Thunder Wave to give it something else to worry about.

Before the battle...

The two trainers engaging in the battle were already standing in the dusty arena, a few large Gyrados roaring, causing the glass dome to tremble from their intense sound waves. Stepping up towards the center, nearly slipping into the pond on accident, the ref grinned stupidly then pointed towards o0NirvanA0o.

Clasping a Pokeball within his hand, NirvanA tossed it in the air, then snatched it in the palm of his hand before it could even reach the ground. Suddenly, he hurled it quickly, as it seemed to deny gravity and twisted within the air, then landed with a thump, sending a whirl of dust in the air. Emerging from the sphere was a small green Chikorita, who beamed and let out a happy "Chika!" before twisting the jade leaf that poked out from the top of her head.

On the other side of the arena, g_rock carefully shuffled through all the Pokeballs he had, then grabbed at one and polished the top of it. It gleamed and sparkled as if newly bought, then he quickly popped it open, a fiery figure gathering infront of him. The figure was seen as a massive fire wolf, which growled, then upon noticing the Chikorita allowed his tongue to drop through his muzzle and lick at it, almost declaring dinner time. The small grass type shuddered, then allowed a sigh of relief as he was commanded to go to the side lines and merely watch.

Unseen, a new Pokeball had been tossed to the ground, and an extremely thin dragon was hovering in the air within seconds. Crying a majestic sound, the powder blue Dragonair blinked her eyes, then seemed to slither through the air.

Begin!

The commands had been shouted out, and the ringing sound of the voices ringed through out the glass of the arena, but soon calmed quickly enough. Iris rolled her shoulders, then twisted and twirled the leaf upon the top of her head, and whirring sounds came from the extreme speed of the spinning. The leaf merely became what seemed to be illusions dancing within the air, but nothing special seemed to come from this.

Twist blinked curiously, then chortled, although slightly puzzled at what her small opponent was doing. Humming, almost thoughtfully, her eyes closed as she attempted to focus on the task at hand. It wasn't easy buisness creating clones from within yourself, mere mimics of the truth that lingered around until shattered. They come from deep inside, splitting away from their summoner, yet held no true form which did not reduce health upon the user's action of creating them.

But something caught her attention; the most delicious, sweet aroma which wafted serenly through the air. It created a slight pink haze, which floated around the Dragonair and engulfed her senses, calming her down. She didn't even know she was angry, but she felt so at peace while the beautiful pink substance danced and swirled around her. Watching it, her eyes were clouded over, dreamy and in wonder from the sweet oxygen which filled her lungs. She even forgot to split herself into multiple forms, the scent holding her attention and refusing to let go.

Smirking, Iris stepped forward, digging her small paws into the dirt and kicking up some of the dust which drifted around. Spinning the leaf on her head around once more, the Chikorita suddenly lept on her hind legs, then let out another happy little, "Chika!" Ivory stars danced and spun enchantingly before her, gracing the arena with their unmatch beauty as they buzzed from the creation.

Twist, still in pure bliss by the intense aroma that continued to stay near her, stared in awe at the stars. So beautiful, they were; and she wanted her own. Spinning her tail around, the gleaming blue orbs that latched onto them sparkling as the water's glow spread across her body, what seemed to be the same white stars gathered in an adorable cluster infront of her. Squealing with delight, the Dragonair watched as they rotated, then began in the other direction. She was happy and content once more, sighing and shaking her body a bit, eyeslids half covering her eyes.

Rearing her head back and releasing a small cry, the jade coloured seeds around Iris' neck glowed slightly. One bulged quickly, then shot out from the grass type's body, leaving a bare spot where it once were. It latched onto the Dragonair's body, but she didn't even care as the vines wrapped around her, squeezing her neck and causing her to gasp a little. Sharp thorns injected themselves into her body, hording some of her health to claim for her opponent's own. The vines let go of the dragon, then recalled themselves inside of the seed and flew back to Iris.

It released the stolen health inside of the Chikorita's body, but it didn't seem to help very much as she was already in near perfect condition. Just then, the pink air disappeared, leaving Twist slightly sad and a bit angry that the calming aroma was gone.

OK... love the description, but you didn't say anything about the chance of Twist attacking, or how long it'll take for the... calmness to wear off... Yes, I hate to delay the battle, but I need to know more about Twist's condition before issuing my commands...

Delighted with her previous attempt of the soothing of the dragon, little Iris decided it'd be best to head into that direction once more in attempt to assure her success. Raising one leg, she placed it forward, digging the claw like ending into the ground. Steady she was, intaking a deep breath then swaying side to side, careful to stay balanced through this motion. Once more the leaf began to rotate, the spinning action getting faster and faster by the seconds.

Staring intently, Twist sharply breathed, then allowed herself to be lowered onto the ground in attempt to pull off her attack. Eyes glowing azure, then fading to an iced hue, she focused heavily on succeeding with her plan. The air inside of the arena grew chilled, and even outside of the dome, the water grew icy layers within it. She seemed deeply confident, then she unleashed the fury of the ice; wind of blue soared directly towards Iris, who had just created the calming pink substance she had before. The shards from the breeze sliced into the Chikorita's green skin, and due to the sudden drop in body temperature, she shuddered violently, and was slowed considerably.

Despite that the pink air had been chipped away into nearly nothing, some of it managed to drift by, and intoxicated the Dragonair within it's fumes once more. Grinning proudly, Iris let out what seemed to be a soft snicker, then dashed forward a bit, once again spinning the leaf on top of her head though this time for a different reason. Twist inhaled the sweet aroma around her, but then it faded away just as quickly as it came, leaving her pouting. Quickly she paused, noticing Iris preparing for her attack, then shivered thinking of the cluster of knife like leaves that was going to be heading her way.

Again she inhaled deeply, and her face flushed somewhat, the colour being replaced by a slight crimson hue. This of course was due to the heat gathering inside of her cheeks, forming into a flaming beam she was to unleash. Without a warning, the razor sharp leaves came her way, spinning and whirling while taunting with their sharpened edges. Opening her mouth, a beam composed of crimson, scarlet, yellow and orange emerged, burning most of the leaves into a charred crisps. The flames licked at the air while they moved, before landing directly on Iris' chest, sending the little Chikorita reeling from the devastating blow. Some of the leaves made their way to Twist, and although they missed her face, they slit her skin and created nearly five or so bleeding cuts along her slender body.

Both Pokemon cringed at their injuries, Iris developing a slight burn on her leaf after the attack, but that soon disappeared due to the veil that protected her. Eager to get this over with, Twist opened her mouth to show a golden beam gathering, sparking and flickering with raw power. The orb continued to become larger, causing it to crackle more than it was before, and seemed to be growing swiftly. Yet suddenly, vines shot out from Iris' neck, and wrapped effortlessly around Twist. Her air supply was cut short as the Dragonair slowly gasped, trying to squirm free, and then in a mad attempt to get the oxygen she desired, released the beam of energy. If was weaker than if it had been fully powered, but it still was enough to send Iris tumbling back when it crashed into her chest. She wasn't terribly injured from the mediocre beam, but released a growl after she recovered.

Twist, acting as if been away from oxygen for years, gasped and inhaled deeply every chance she got. Vine imprints had been created around her neck, which she was not too happy about. Regaining her regal stance, the majestic dragon and the little grass type stared each other down, both quite annoyed.

Both start up in the heat of battle, attempting to overpower the other and smash the heavy glass of the dome. Twist flickers her tongue out, which hisses much like that of a snake, then shakes her slender body. Rose pink glow surround the dragon, then snarls and rumbles, a deep mystical dragonic energy burried deep within her. Eyes flashed to be determined, the small horn on her forehead whirring slightly with a glint of pink.

Iris growled from the other side of the arena, focusing what little psychic powers she possessed to lift rocks burrowed deep within the ground, or even sitting there. Quite a few were already scattered on the ground, which eased her mind as she eyed them, planning to use those in her assalt. One rock lifted and flew across the arena, slamming directly onto Twist's head, leaving a slowly growing bruise on his flesh.

Unleashing dragonic fury, a pink tornado emerged from the creature's mouth, growing larger and even more deadly every second. Three more large rocks were tossed, one getting caught within the whirling air and the other hitting the glass with a soft thump. As the tornado spun, Iris felt energy pulse through her body, never feeling this alive; the spirits had blessed her, an ancient spirit embedding itself within her body.

The tornado went forward in a straight path, sucking up every rock or tree it came across, causing them to be tossed about the arena. Some hit the glass with harsh thumps, creating small cracks in the glass. Iris gulped nervously, unsure if the tornado would hit her, and continued her ambush. Three more rocks flittered in the air, then they were tossed. One snuck by and slammed into Twist once more, causing her to roll her eyes, slightly annoyed. The other two, however, were thrown onto the glass, causing more soft shattering sounds to rise.

Suddenly the Chikorita was pulled inside of the spinning pink mass, being thrown and spun around insanely, getting extremely dizzy from the movement. Then it crashed into the glass, another crack being heard. Debris finally stopped moving, some smacking Iris and a few chunks hitting Twist, but it died down.

Then a single puddle of water formed on the ground, followed by another, and another. They continued, until an inch covered the ground. In a panic, Iris noticed the door to the second chamber was open, and scurried quickly inside, Twist following. Then the two trainers and the ref, who seemed slightly confused, followed by a madly wailing Arcanine.

Slamming closed behind the group, the door shut tightly as water filled the first dome, and they were now in the other room. The cuts that bled on the azure blue Dragonair slowly drained a bit of her health, but she shook it off, as it wasn't very much.

Round ended due to chamber change!

Description: A brilliant light engulfs Twist as she calms her mind in preparation of her signature move. She will be healed both physically and mentally, as this attack takes two actions to complete.

First Action: The bright light sinks into the skin of the Dragon as she lets out a soft cry. All status inflictions that are currently affecting Twist are nullified. Status inflictions include paralyzation, sleep, burn, poison, attraction, and confusion.

Second Action: The aura that had sunken into Twist's skin returns and continues to sooth the skin of Twist. This time, all physical ailments are withdrawn from the Dragon's body. Physical ailments include bruises, broken limbs, open cuts, etc...

Cons: This move burns a significant amount of energy, and leaves Twist open to all attacks. One time use per battle.

Begin!

Not wanting to take any chances during this round, the dragonic creature in the battle watched her opponent with keen eyes, then began coiling around the large tree. She hurried up it a bit, stopping after a few moments and perching with confidence on quite a few branches up. Lingering over the ground, she settled onto the wood, preparing for her next move. Beautiful cobalt shimmer danced in the sky, shrouding the arena with it's brilliance and regal feel.

However Iris didn't notice, far too busy readying herself for combat. Rotating the leaf that rested atop her head, it continued until the air sliced, sounds of it whirring being heard. Dust kicked up under her heels, some clinging onto her and turning itself into mud from her just coming out from the water. Focusing on perfect chi.

The perfect light had disappeared now, soaking into Twist's bruised and cut skin, attempting to return her former beauty. Some leaked out, and glittered around her, before clinging into her once more. All the crimson blood disappeared, her skin going back to being what it once was. That wasn't going to last though, whenever a large rock was tossed onto her skull, sending the Dragonair crashing into the water.

Sighing with a sneer, Twist pushed herself up to the ground, wincing at the bruise that had formed on her just cleansed skin. Another rock pummeled her, and now being extremely annoyed and carrying a scowl upon her face, she glowed a faint ivory like blue. Snapping her eyes open, they were shown to be the same colour, and upon opening her mouth, many icy shards escaped.

They scraped and ate away at little Iris, who screeched and struggled to escape, attempting to continue her rock barrage. One more was managed to be thrown, hitting Twist's tail, but then the Chikorita was overtaken by the ice and stumbled back, shivering.

Begin!

Everyone has carefully laid out their plans of attack for this round, and they must go into action quickly as they watch each other, attempting to figure the best way to leap in with the ambush. Water outside the strudy glass dome rushes and pulses against it, the waves not even distracting the battlers as they concentrate so deeply, merely standing in place.

Twist becomes lightning fast, however, and darts with the agile agility that perhaps only a dragonic creature could possess. Blue streaks are left where she once was, but that disappeared, and now the air was booming with her movements.

Unsure of exactly where she was, Iris hummed a bit, then somehow created a golden light from nothing. It flashed and sparkled brilliantly, then turned blinding, engulfing the arena with it's mass. A startled shriek came from near the Chikorita, then she stumbled back when struck on the side. Twist hasn't meant to hit her, but was shaking her head furiously in attempt to see nothing but spots of light.

Taking this as a chance to escape, the jewel like parts around Iris' neck suddenly extended, become slender vines. They shot directly towards a tree branch that was high up, and wrapped around it quickly, but as she was reeling herself up felt a heavy weight around her body. Twist had managed to latch onto her, but was swaying back and forth, unsure of exactly how strong her coil around the Chikorita was.

Iris had made her way onto a tree branch, which crackled when all the weight was put on it but stayed in place. She struggled against the dragon, whom tightered her grip intensely, then sent out dull yellow waves. They popped and sparked with electrical energy, trying to create muscle failure within her opponent. However, it was useless, and it seemed that the waves soaked into an invisible barrier.

Smirking at the vain attempt, Iris rotated the leaf on her head, then shot of a cluster of sharp leaves. They barely even had to go anywhere to reach their opponent, Twist letting go of her grip on the Chikorita whenever the leaves sliced into her skin. New cuts had been created on her body, but they didn't bleed, and the ones that did just barely.

Somehow through all of this, both Pokemon remained on the tree branch, but it cracked a bit after that.

FLCL... is that the Cartoon Network show with that robot and the kid? I just saw that for the first time last night, and it seems pretty cool.

Anyways, back to the battle. Use a Dragon Rage tornado to blow the Sweet Scent back at Iris. It obviously does more damage than Twister, so i figure more energy won't mean much. Then Hyper Beam her when she uses Safeguard. End with a whirling Blizzard to blow the Leech Seed off course or back at her and for some super-effective damage.

Iris had reason to be confident in her next move, one that she seemed to favour while in combat with the dragonic opponent she was facing at this moment. Inhaling deeply, a glint appeared within her large eyes, and she began the same motions as before; rotating the leaf upon her head ever so slowly, almost taunting like. She smiled; Twist couldn't escape it's soothing grasp, and she'd have full control over the battle.

Twist however had to scoff at her actions, as she had her own plan of blowing it away brewing within her mind. As soon as the pink substance appeared drifting infront of her opponent, she released fury of her kind, a roaring tornado, the same pink colour. The little Chikorita didn't know what to think, and merely hoped that her attack would succeed in this fast paced wreakning. She was left disappointed whenever the mass of dragon energy ate away at the sweet smelling air, ripping it apart until it was no more. Then it reached her, and engulfed the Chikorita in it's fury.

Chuckling softly, Twist shook a bit, then heard a snap. The tornado had broken the branch, and both Pokemon tumbled to the ground, wailing and frightened a bit from the sudden fall. They landed with a sickening thump, then grumbled and moan, bodies bruised and now soaking wet. Shakily rising up, the Dragonair uttered a bit, and shivered. Iris stood up a few seconds after, water dripping down from her, as she chattered a bit. Once more, beautiful ivory stars buzzed and hummed as they danced blissfully around the grass type, shrouding her with their protection.

But that could not protect her from a massive beam of raw energy, which spewed freely from Twist's mouth and eyes, growling as it went along. The golden, pulsing beam hit directly on Iris' chest, sending the Chikorita forcefully back, and gasping for air. She seemed a bit more bruised than before, but anger rose into her eyes as she shook her body off, getting rid of the last drops of water. Two of the jade seeds upon her neck ejected themselves from her body, and shot through the air, quickly going from their target.

However, Twist too countered that, blowing them away with an iced blue wind and slicing into them with shards from the snow storm. Some of the chilling air brushed against Iris, who shivered a bit, but didn't seem to be injured by it; merely cold.

Begin!

Sighing and glancing towards her opponent, Twist winced as she moved, obvious dark purple bruises scattered on her usually serene blue hue. Thinking of only one thing, images of those exactly like her, eyes snapped close in intense concentrating. She seemed perfectly at peace, tail flickering about idly while the softest of hums emitted from deep within her throat.

Iris on the other hand didn't seem nearly as focused, but far more confident, though shivering every few seconds from the extreme drop of her body heat. It didn't seem to faze her very much, aside from the rare teeth chattering, and the few streams of solar energy that managed to drift into the water were absorbed into the leaf on her head. The arena became slightly darker than it was before, but that was about to change.

Ripping through the area, a flash of golden which engulfed everything within it's way and blinded it was seen, covering with dazzling effects and not allowing anything to be seen but it. Twist murmured confusedly, then rubbed at her eyes with her tail, only causing them to become red and aching more than they already were. Her eyes had opened just seconds before the light, and now she wished that they hadn't, only glittering flaxen within her sight.

Four clones stayed spread away from each other, and in their attempt to mimic the distressed actions of Twist, blended in perfectly and appeared so life like. The small Chikorita tried desperately to seperate every dragon from the other, but it was merely in vain, and she soon became defeated. Growling, small violet powder began to drift away from the tiny buds on her neck, full of toxin and ready to seep in through any skin it touched.

Twist, in a fit of blindness, whined frightfully, and released a blazing funnel of fire. It crackled and set a few strands of grass afire but that was quickly but out, and seared the powder that was floating about in the air, seeking to land on a target. However in the attempt of attack, the Dragonair managed to shatter one of her own mirror images, which shrieked pitifully as it fell into pieces.

Smirking boldly, Iris quickly began her next plan of attack, releasing several leaves which cut into the remaining clones, whom also whined and disappeared from existing. The true Twist had three of the razor sharp leaves slice into her and create more cuts, and she was still only seeing spots.

Opening her mouth quickly, another spewing of painful flames were released, and they managed to pull Iris within their fury, burning her badly. However, in mere seconds, the burns disappeared as though they never existed.

Suddenly, the two Pokemon were pulled back into the previous chamber, now completely restored!

Iris, your doing greatly. Twist's eyes should still be in irriation so cake them up more with Mud Slap. Now drain the serpent with Leech Seed to help yourself and bind her. Finsh out with another barrage of Ancient Power.

Twist.. this is gonna be easier than the last few rounds.. start off by rushing through the Mud Slap and knocking Iris with a Skull Bash. Then use Twister to blow the Leech Seed back at her. Then use Supersonic. Iris wont be able to clear up her thoughts to telekinetically throw rocks at you, and maybe you'll be able to scramble up her thoughts for another round with it's lasting effect....

Begin!

Panting lightly, Twist struggles the regain her vision, and finds the straining attempts to do so to be in vain, merely stressing her eyes more than they were before. A few desperate whimpers rumble from her throat as bright lights dance before her eyes, blocking off most of the arena from her sight. Pouting slightly, the dragon reclined back, attempting to angle herself with her unseen foe, whom happened to be gloating on the other side of the arena.

Slowly moving forward, Iris carefully kept a watch upon her dragonic opponent, and noticed Twist looking in every direction except the right one. For the time being, things were looking good on the Chikorita's side, and a confident smile plastered itself across her face. Now nearing the pond, the ground was soft already, and with just a few drizzles from the body of water, fashioned itself into soggy mud.

Twist continued to look madly around, and though now was gaining a bit more vision within her irritated red eyes. She saw just a mere feet away a green blur, but was unsure if it was her opponent or not, but was nearly confirmed whenever it moved.

Quickly scooping the mud within the leaf on her head, Iris grinned wildly, then tossed it. Going soaring through the air, some splattered harmlessly onto the wall, while the rest headed directly towards the Dragonair. It crashed against her, spreading across her body and coating it within the mud, but some of it came off whenever she lowered her head and leapt blindly.

With an almost knowing look, Iris had stepped away a bit, but not enough. Twist - just barely - scraped against the Chikorita's side, sending her tumbling into the water and gasping the regain her breath from the blow. Pulling herself up, she snapped as glare as the Dragonair had shaken some of the mud from her, but was still nearly blind aside from seeing a few blurs.

Tossing her head about, Twister grunted, then glanced around once more. On the other side, Iris growled back at her, barely heard however as she stepped back, two of the buds on her neck popping up from the surface.

Unleashing a tornado of dragonic energy, it started out small, then turned into a whirling mass of pink wind. It ripped up most of the arena within it's distance, engulfing some of the rocks and throwing them around. The buds suddenly fired off, and Iris winced as they did, hoping that the wind did not take them away. However, it did. They were pulled in also, and became shredded and mangled within the energy, which was now slowing making it's way down a straight path.

Now her panting became heavier, but she managed to stay up, her vision slowly becoming clearer. Twist paused, then opened up her mouth, a brain scrambling wave being released from it. It was an ear bleeding screech, which Iris whimpered at, though it only caused her ears the ring for now. As it was dragged out longer, the Chikorita became woozy, suddenly losing her toughts and stumbling about.

What WAS she suppose to do? Iris blinked, puzzled, then plopped down on the ground, wincing as her head felt as if it was pulsing. She couldn't concentrate, just focusing on the pounding within her mind.
