Are you sure about the six eps on Saturday and Sunday? Woah, that just sounds like we'll get really ahead.

The rest I knew, not that it helps me cos I'm gonna be in Menorca

Heh, hope everyone else enjoys those eps though

You guys are lucky having a definite date for the airings of the first Houen episodes. I don't think the States have gotten anything...have we?

We get Hoenn on November first, and I'm guessing they'll show new episodes on the weekdays to try and catch up with Japan and all the time they missed since R/S was released.

That's great, but I highly doubt that anything in their right mind would air six episodes on every weekend. Even WB, in its prime, never did that. Unless it's just a one time thing, however.

It is more than likely just that weekend, Sky did that when they aired the last Master Quest eps, so it looks like they're doing that it again.
Though I'm still confused as to if those eps are new, repeats or a mix. If there all new then we'll get, um,
    *Does some mental arithmetic*
    16 eps.
Meh, thats not as bad as it sounded before I worked it out, but thats not forgetting we're still getting one a week, er, howe many weeks, er, 3.
Oh, thats not to bad :-/ I can see that happening now, just sounded like a surprising amount of eps in a short time.

On another note, yay, 3 weeks till I go to Menorca^_^ Damn, but I hate flying..........

You really don't have to fly to Menorca. You can just take the ferry to Calais, France, go through Andorra, to Spain, and from the port of Barcelona, you can just sail on to Menorca, it's not THAT far.

*double take* Hanada, how do you know all that? You live in LA, right? Yet you seem to know Europe like the back of your hand... wierd. Go there often or something?

Yes, this was completely off topic, sorry, but let's finish the discussion in AIM. ^^

Please stay on topic, people... HT, as a mod, you should know better

Anyways... cool, enjoy the eps. Lol, I'll probably be getting them anyways on computer after they air in the UK, so it doesn't really matter to me. And besides... not much of a point to have this in Spoilers, it's just announcing the start of the season, nothing about the content of the season *backs up to AD*

Never been out of the Western US, only California, Nevada, and Hawaii, ironically. But I love Europe and Asia.

Anyways, back on topic, since Australia is in the British Empire/Commonwealth, I wonder if Cheez TV will follow Sky's example, and start airing twelve episodes one one weekend, do you think Australia and New Zealand has a chance fo doing that?

Doubt it. Cheez TV is a programming block, not an actual channel -- and they don't have enough timeslots to do a marathon like that. Pokémon was permanently put on prime time once, but somebody decided that reruns were the way to go and so it got canned after five weeks to return to its home in a Cheez TV slot. Whatever. Pokémon usually airs four days a week on Cheez, so I don't think a marathon is really necessary. Although maybe it will be by the time they actually start showing new eps. I don't think New Zealand gets Cheez, but the situation's pretty similar, I believe. No room for any sort of marathon.

Anyway, you guys in the UK enjoy your eps. At least while they last.

During the marathon, all they air are the new episodes, so you get the first 12 episodes of Advance Generation. There indeed will be a drought, a very long and dry one.

What a big mistake. Quite a horrible tactic for airing new episodes. I remember when KidsWB! did it in NYC...what a bad move.

But I remember when YTV did that super block. It was 6 episodes in one day along with 6 episodes of other shows. And trust me, it was called a marketing success. In a few months, they did it again, and again, and again. Canadians, do they still do it? (I moved to the states 3 years ago).
