Kyrouge: Water Sweeper

I find that this poke lacks the versatility to stay in battle. Sure she learns Rest but rest is severly limited, it may work the first time but the second time Kyrouge is left defenceless for 2 moves. My point is this pokemon is built to attack and nothing else, calm mind only delays eventual fainting and moves such as confuse ray and especially leech seed are a treat to an otherwise uber.

well obviously kyogre can sweep... it's also a 00BER. it's better without rest. calm mind is awesome on it, especially with drizzle. do the math... potential 438 spatt, 657 after 1 calm mind, and 213.75 BP surf.

Ok maybe I overlooked the math (just maybe!!!) but lets all agree calm mind is a must on kyroge

yeah... the exact figures aren't important, but the important thing is to keep in mind that after 1/2 calm minds, kyogre pwns everything except shedinja

It is indeed a sweeping beast, after say 1 or 2 calm minds, it does sick amounts of damage as titan said, its speed iirc is decent and its starting stats are that of 00bers not to mention water is a damn good type for staying alive when one has some decent speed in it.

With drizzle+full HP+stab, water spout has a base attack of 450
