Can someone help me with tentacruel?

Can somebody tell me what the best moveset and nature is for Tentacruel?


I have Action Replay so I can get Rapid spin ect.

Tentacruel is an excellent Special Attacker, and its Clear Body is also greatly useful.

Giga Drain/Surf/Ice Beam/Toxic ? That's all out attacking.

But for the love of god, please, no Rapid Spin. Spiking has really dropped off in favour of DDing and Quick Killing. So there's really no need of it.

Tentacruel is a great special attacker like Oz said, i suggest using this set though.

Tentacruel>Modest>Clear Body>Surf>Ice-beam>Giga-Drain/Sludge-Bomb>Mirror Coat

and to get mirror coat breed with corsola

Tentacruel is definatley a good water choice, in my opinion it has strong offence and special attack. Personally i would recommend the following movesets.

* Surf
* Sludge Bomb
* Ice Beam
* Return/Hyper Beam

~ Surf
~ Ice Beam
~ Sludge Bomb/Toxic
~ Protect

- Supersonic/Wrap
- Screech
- Toxic
- Surf/Wrap

I put three movesets for you to choose, depends on your type of strategy

Moveset 1 is for all out attacking
Moveset 2 is for attacking/strategic battling
Moveset 3 is a strategic moveset.
