How can you get a Azurill?????

I have no clue what to do tp
get one. I tryed breeding two
Marill's together but all I got
was a little Marill when the
egg hatched. On the list of
Obtainable Ruby and Sapphire
Pokemon it says to and I quote
"Attach Tidal Herb To Male Marill
and breed with Female Marill"
ok what is a tidal herb? And
how do you get it? If anyone can
help me will they?

To get an Azurill instead of a Marill in your egg you need to attach the Sea Incense item to one of the parents. Similarly if you attach Lax Incense to a Wobbufet you will get a baby Wynaut.

Both of these items are found in Mt. Pyre.

"Tidal Herb" was the English translation of the Japanese name for the item. When the whole game was translated into English, NoA chose to rename it Sea Incense, which does make more sense for a place like Mt. Pyre.

The two incense items are on the inside of Mt. Pyre, in the areas at the bottom of the screen that you can't reach. You can get to them by first climbing all the way to the top floor (where, by the way, there is also a Trainer's Eyes trainer to register.)
