A 2 on 2 matchup, not Double Team. Switching is Allowed.

The arena is a field at midday, but the sky is cloudy.

Extra Rules:

The following Pokemon are not allowed

Dragonite
Tyranitar
Metagross
Salamence

The move descriptions will be from the latest iteration of the attack list, with moves like Substitute and Safeguard falling under the new version as well (I need to update the list, adding the new versions, but Safeguard has been shown numerous times in the anime).

Signature moves for all Pokemon cannot be used. This goes for trainings, behaviors, and any other horrid bastardizations people have (Golden Milotics?).

I'll start out with Hikaru, my female Dragonair. You send out and attack.

Any other questions can be asked here or in AIM/MSN.

Gym Leaders are, as always, welcome to apply, and before the first round is reffed, a GL or Elite can step in and ask to battle me instead and they will be fought instead of the original accepting trainer.

If you want a GL/Elite to apply, you'd have to battle by his/her terms... And by the way, I quite like my golden Milotic.

I'm aware of that, this is just if a GL or Elite wants to battle by a more fair set of rules, and actually test their skill.

Forcing a referee to ref the way you want him/her to is what I am talking about. You can write a list, but you can't make people follow it word for word. I don't follow your list. Even the Attack List Beta I only used as a guideline. Why don't you try to find a ref who refs the in a way you like instead of trying to make one who might not necessarily do so ref according to a list? This is *not* the same thing Impereon got. Impereon looked for a referee rather than make a rule stating that anyone who wanted to ref his battle had to conform to his list. Remember that mess with gamewizard and DK? You did not ref according to Impereon's list... You reffed according to your own. How can you compare these two instances?

Because I don't like the way any ref here refs, so forcing the list on them, and taking out Pokemon I feel refs treat as Gods, or ones trainers shouldn't have in the first place is the next best thing.

If Dark Mew DQs in one of my battles, I'll challenge you, then I'll have an extra slot. If someone challenges you before that, they can do so, since I won't have the slot unless Dark Mew Dq's in 6 hours.
