    Charizard-Pretty good moveset, although I would stay away from Dragonbreath. Dragonbreath is a pretty weak attack, especially without STAB. Also, Dragon-type attacks are only super effective against Dragon-types, so it doesn't really help your type coverage. Swords Dancing Charizard and Belly Drumming Charizard work pretty well though.

    Charizard

    Flamethrower/Fire Blast
    Earthquake
    Rock Slide
    Belly Drum/Swords Dance
    @Leftovers.

    Venusaur-Sunny Day is a dangerous move to put on a Grass type. While Sunny Day enables you to use Solarbeam without charging it, it also increases the power of Fire type attacks, which Venusaur is already weak against. Leech Seed and Razor Leaf would work better, and it would also be a lot safer. Also, go with Synthesis over Body Slam.

    Venusaur

    Razor Leaf
    Leech Seed
    Sleep Powder
    Synthesis
    @Leftovers.

    Tyranitar-Standard moveset, very good. Tyranitar can't learn Megahorn though. Just attach Leftovers.

    Starmie-Also very good, attach Leftovers!!

    Jolteon-Jolteon does not have a high enough attack stat to support moves like Iron Tail and Shadow Ball. Keep Thunderbolt and Thunder Wave. For the last 2 moves, Substitute and Attract work really good, especially with Thunder Wave. If you use Attract, make sure that your Jolteon is a female.

    Jolteon

    Thunderbolt
    Thunder Wave
    Attract
    Substitute
    @Leftovers.

    Dragonite-Dragonite has a max attack stat of 366, so you will want to make sure to take advantage of that wonderful attack stat. Also, Outrage is a pretty risky move to use, there are better moves for Dragonite!!

    Ice Beam
    Thunderbolt
    Wing Attack
    Double-Edge/Body Slam/Extremespeed
    @Leftovers.

    Overall: Your team is very good, and most of your movesets are really good too. The only real problem is the 3x Bug weakness that your team has. (Venusaur, Tyranitar, and Starmie.) Basically, in regards to the Bug weakness, the only thing that you really have to worry about is Heracross and it's Megahorn. Otherwise, your team is great!! Nice work!! ^_~

    ok, the only problem I have with everything you said to do was the attracting Jolteon. There is absolutely no way I will EVER use attract.... & to tell the truth, my jolteon's mother is an Umbreon to pass on some of its atack reating, so it's special and regular attack are pretty evenly matched....

    Well, Jolteon's max Special Attack stat is 318, and it's max Attack stat is 228, so generally, it is best to stick with Special Attacks on Jolteon. Anyways, since you don't like Attract, Baton Pass/Substitute will also work.

    clip notes :O!

    Thunder wave is great on starmie, use it. post haste.

    I like surf on my tyranitars over flamethrower, just a thought! Also it can't learn megahorn.

    I like dynamic punch on dragonite, its good for snorlax, blissey, t-tar, and other such pokemon.

    Jolteon- I would really consider using attract, you should atleast try it out, if it doesn't work out for you on jolteon then fine, but I'd really advise trying it.

    thats all for today's clip notes.
