Fire/Leaf who has them?

I was just wondering 'cuz I ordered them from japan.
does anyone else here have leaf or fire yet?
if anyone does have it , can you tell me what the itme
that the guy gives you when you're leaving
pewter city after beating brock is?
it's in my key items bag and it's highlighted blue but I
don't know what it does.

After you defeat Brock, one of Professor Oak's assistants will give you the Running Shoes, which simply allow your character to move faster, just like they did in Ruby/Sapphire. just hold the B button while walking, and your character will walk faster.
