Ho-oh - which moveset and EVs (just for fun)

Yes, I know that Ho-oh is an 00ber... I am raising one to 100 just for the heck of it. Which of these movesets do you think I should use (or you can suggest one of your own)?

Sacred Fire
Thunderbolt
Earthquake
Recover
*neutral nature*

and maybe Aerial Ace over one of the above moves... --or--

Sacred Fire
Sunny Day
Solarbeam
Recover
*neutral nature*

I don't really need Aerial Ace... Sacred Fire has a higher base damage with Sunny Day than a super-effective Aerial Ace.

I really don't know which of those to use... any help would be appreciated.

Also, what should I EV him in? I was thinking 252 Attack, 252 Special Attack, and 6 Speed. What do you all think? Thanks.

BTW, before anyone says "good luck getting a neutral Ho-oh with good DVs through Colosseum", I am copying my memory card data once I reach 90 battles on Mt. Battle, try for a good Ho-oh, (and unless I get lucky my first time) copy data again, and repeat until I get a good one.

Dang... I just tried to copy my Colosseum Data and it wouldn't let me! Oh well... I'm still looking for help with Ho-oh if anyone can help.
