Help My Politoad Please... ?

Hi there, I am getting ready for FR/LG as we all are, and want to be able to have Politoad on my team... Could you suggest EV training for it... Its moves I wanted to use were

Surf
Ice Beam
Haze
Counter (not really sure on this one, but it worked for Blastoise way back when maybe it can work for Politoad

It Ability will be Water Absorb...

Perish Song

Well... That was good for GSC... but uhh in R/S Politoad will not be able to get Whirlpool or a good trap move to make Perish Song work.... I may try that in my GSC game tho... Any other suggestions for FR/LG Politoad would be good... Thanks

How about:

Surf/Hydro Pump
Ice Beam
Rain Dance
Haze

Would seem to be a fairly solid Hazer/Special Attacker. Only needs Haze as an egg move - you could swap it for Protect, Dive Double Team, or Hypnosis if you don't want to breed it on.

Doesn't Politoed have Water Absorbtion as an ability?
