Q1. What cartoon has the best songs?
Easily Futurama. There were only three of them in its short life (at least that I can remember), but they were all classics. Catchy and incredibly funny.
Q2. What's your favourite cartoon song?
Either the "Robot Hell" song with Dan Castellaneta as Beelzebot or the bureaucrat song from the episode "How Hermes Requisitioned His Groove Back". The opera in the last episode was good too, but those two are just fantastic. The Futurama title music is also cool.

Q1- I'd have to say south park. The movie's songs were priceless, and there were memorable ones in the episodes including:

1.) The Raccoons, an awesome variety of 80s style pop songs. Some of them were done by Stephen B. Lunt who wrote Cyndi Lauper's US hit She Bop.
2.) "Hold Back Tomorrow" from the Raccoons, long play version, in the show it was always shortened.

I can't really think of any off the top of my mind but I guess the pokémon songs have actually been pretty good - the Pokérap is the King of them XD

There are a lot of theme tunes I really like. Just off the top of my mind, I really like the theme to 'Doug' and 'Angry Beavers' also. Oh! And the 'Magic School Bus'!
