Good special sweeper?...

I need a special sweeper for my team... I am curently using Electabuzz, because i need a Special Sweeper w/ an Electric and Ice attack... the Electabuzz i curently am using is:

Electabuzz@Petaya Berry
Timid: 252-Sp Att/252-Spd/6-HP
- Thunderbolt
- Fire Punch
- Ice Punch
- HP Dark

...like i said, an electric and ice attack are needed, along w/ HP Dark, which can be obtained on whatever pokemon... Electabuzz's special attack doesn't enable it to take down many pokemon in one hit but it is fast... i need a pokemon that could basically learn an electric and ice attack w/ out using HP... that has great special attack... Alazakazam seemed a posibilty... opinons?

There are a couple of special sweepers out there that can learn Ice and Electric attacks. Here are some of them.

Alakazam
Hypno
Starmie
Lapras
Dragonite

Mewtwo
Mew
Kyogre
Rayquaza
Deoxys

Alakazam would be a very good choice. Hypno can also use a moveset just like Alakazam, with elemental punches. However, I like Alakazam better for the job. Starmie would work out great too, it makes a good special sweeper. Lapras is also very effective, and a Lapras with the Water Absorb ability serves as a great counter to Suicune. Dragonite also works well. And of course, there are a few legendaries that make decent Thunderbolt/Ice Beaming special sweepers too. However, these Pokémon learn so many good moves, they don't really need HP Dark, as there are better choices for them.

Alakzam with Calm Mind worth it? can he even survive long enough?

Yeah, Calm Mind Alakazam with a Petaya Berry works pretty well.
