How does Mystery Gift work in 1) Ru/Sa, and in 2/FR/LG?

1. Mystery Event in Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire is to scan in Ecards like the Eon Ticket or for Trainers to appear in that house in Mossdeep.
2. Mystery Gift in Pokemon FR/LG is to receive the Tickets from Nintendo to go to Navel Rock and Birth Island through the Wireless Adapter.

How do you get the tickets then, is it only through the NY store?

The Aurora Ticket to get to Birth Island and get Deoxys was given out at Pokemon Rocks America. It was then given away in the NYPC but I think they stopped doing that after a certain date. No news of the Mystery Ticket to get to Navel Rock for Lugia and Ho-oh yet.
