Default Decisions regarding vitamin distribution onto 4 newly hatched Pokemon

I would like to know which vitamins (for EV use) to use on my four newly hatched Pokemon that I plan to add to my team.

    1) Lapras (Lonely) Ability Shell Armour.

    2) Cubone (Quirky) Ability Rock Head (I bred this thing 14 times to get a female with Rock Head and I am not gign through that again. I want this one to be a physical sweeper with Double Edge, Bonemarang, Swords Dance, and Brick Break)

    3) Ghastly (Hardy) I want this to be a sweeper with Focus Punch, Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb

    4) Exeggeute (Timid) I like this nature because Attack is lowered, which I do not need, but Speed (which is vitale to Grass types) is enhanced.

Just to make a suggestion: Re-breed for right personalities.

Adamant for cubone, Modest/Calm/Bold for Lapras, either Adamant or Jolly for Gengar... and exeggutor Modest... neutral aren't so good, and Lapras is a no, no... and Exeggutor is quite slow anyway, a speed boosting personality isn't gonna help that much...

I don't think he/she wants to breed another cubone. Also sorry but if you want that nature on a Lapras your insane re breed. As for EV's

    Put them into cubone like: 252 HP/ 252 Attack/ 6 Speed

PUT A THICK CLUB ON IT FOR SUPER OWNING POWER. You may want to switch the attack and speed round if you have the thick club as it might help.

As for eggy stuff speed as it is too slow and wont make much of a difference. Get modest and Hp fire.

Modest: 252 Sp Att, 252 Spd, 6 HP
    Sunny Day
    Solarbeam
    HP Fire
    Psychic

Now go re breed that Lapras and i will help you more. Modest is good.

Gengar had FAR higher spcl.atk than attack so ALWAYS make it a special sweeper is it has fairly hopeless attack power. Timid nature is your friend. 252 speed/ 252 spcl.atk/ 6hp. It works with Giga drain, psychic, thunderbolt and will-o-wisp. yeah.
    Pokemon Pearl FC: 3479 9091 3139

You've never seen a Mcgar (Substitute, Focus Punch, Thunderbolt, whatever)in action, have you? It whips the standard Skarmory, Blissey, and Umbreon. It also stalls the crap out of cruddy Shuckles. But I'd go for a +Attack, - either Defense nature rather than a Adamant one.
