I would have prefer you to use a semi undead/ red eyes deck. It is at least more reliable compared to a Mystic Tomato/ Hatchling deck. At least Double Ghoston has a higher atk compared to both Tomato and Hatchling.
With the release of the new Dragon booster pack ive decided to create a Red Eyes Deck.
I made a quick and poor attempt initially which still won the following 2 duels within 4 turns each time.
What id like to know is what would be the best method. Obviously a Plain Dragon deck with Red Eyes as the focus is the main idea but would it be wise to play 3 Red Eyes with the 3 Red eyes black Chicks i have? Also shall i bother with Red Eyes Darkness Dragon? Masked Dragon or even Mystic Tomato to help draw Chick. Is it also worth using Summoned Skull and trying for a Black Skull Fusion? I have a King of the swamp i could throw in to increase the chances.
Inferno Fireblast is another Red eyes only card im considering as well as all the dragon support Cards that are comin out recently.
If i get a little help ill work on a deck idea and run it past u guys. Take note i dont play proper tournaments so Ban lists can be ignored if ud like also.
Afterworld ~ Chapter 2 | Blood Bowl ~ Chapter 3
If nothing else works, a total pig-headed unwillingness to look facts in the face will see us through.

Ok, here is my first attempt for u guys to rip apart.
Take into account i allow banned cards in as Restricted level when i duel.
Monsters - 17
Red Eyes Darkness Dragon
Red Eyes Black Dragon x3
Red Eyes Black Chick x3
Man Eater Bug x2
Troop Dragon x3
Mirage Dragon
Luster Dragon x2
Magician of Faith
Double Coston
Lord of D.
(Besides Mirage Dragon, MOF and Luster Dragon all my monsters are to help get the big guns out. Also with the number of Dragons im using it should help Darkness out nicely.)
Magic - 18
MST
Raigeki
Snatch Steal
Super Rejuvination
Dark Hole
Flute of Summoning Dragon x2
Monster Reborn
Pot of Greed
Dragons Gunfire
Stamping Destruction x2
Wingbeat of Giant Dragon
Axe of Despair
Soul Exchange x2
Change of Heart
Harpies Feather Duster
(Again alot of Monster Stealing cards to boost my summon power. May actually need to drop some of these and add a few more monsters)
Traps - 14
The Dragons Bead
Call of the Haunted
Energy Drain x2
Magic Jammer x2
7 Tools x2
Cemetery Bomb x2
Trap Hole
Trap Jammer
Torrential Tribute
(Mainly Defence against Traps and Magic. Energy Drain has helped me beat God Cards before so id like to keep that. And if i wait late enough Cemetery Bomb either does alot of damage or makes an opponent waste something like 7 tools to limit the damage he takes)
Deck - 50 card limit.
There you go, ill expect it back in tattered shreds.

Pot of Greed isn't ban! Just restricted
Monster Reborn is ban tho. Chances of it returning is as good as none.
I don't see why. Monster Reborn was a great card but that was it's point. To be an amazing card. The problem is that Konami is doing it all wrong. They're banning really good cards with little/no drawbacks rather than doing anything about it.
Little or not drawback? Dude, monster reborn is an abusive card. Taking into account that you can activate its effect without any apparent cost. The same goes for Raigeki and Harpie Feather Duster.
Besides reborn is easily abused when you can reborn DMOC together with Shocker. There is already replacements of it in cards like Early Burial and Cry of the Living Dead.
Hey I understood a decent portion.Originally Posted by Dark-San

I'm no Konami. If everyone asks the same questions as you did, cards like Raigeki and Harpie Feather Duster wouldn't be banned! Anywayz back to the topic. Utimate Charizard I might suggest you to follow my version of red eyes deck. I've run it before and its running decently. You are afterall using Undead deck's advantage to run your Red Eyes.
Special Summon is much too powerful to leave an overly powerful card as Monster Reborn on the game. You can Special Summon as many monsters as you want...
The "drawback" of not being drawn is just moot, since Monster Reborn can be used right away, and many other banned cards can. Again, the Special Summon mechanic is much too powerful to leave it running rampant, especially with an overpowered card as is Monster Reborn.
But anyway. As for the Deck, I like it. Quite original. The only pointer is that you don't need Double Coston at all. Still, he might help though I'd advice to remove it. The rest of the lineup is OK, though removing 1 Man-Eater Bug for a second Darkness Dragon is not a bad idea.
Magics are OK. I'd go with Graceful Charity over either Dragon's Gunfire or Wingbeat. It'll come in handy in more situations. Also, slap two Inferno Fire Blast. This card will cause a big damage when you have a Red-Eyes B. Dragon out. Then you can Tribute it for Darkness Dragon and attack for even more damage.
For Traps, dispose of the 2 Magic Jammers, and add Imperial Order (You can use Banned cards anyway.). Trap Hole is awfully outdated! Put Ring of Destruction or Bottomless Trap Hole instead. Dragon's Rage will come in handy much better than Dragon's Bead. That juicy Trample will kill any opponent with the raw power of your Dragons. If Energy Drain works for you, then it's OK. The rest is OK, though a second Mirage Dragon is more advisable than Trap Jammer.
Nice. Some weird cards, but that's what I liked of your deck: original. Props for actually using Themed cards and not Generic Monsters. Hope this helps you.
