Uhhh, wrong forum dude. You should go into the "Advanced Generation" forum for questions like these.
And I think www.pokefor.tk has the answer somewhere.
What personalities do your Wurmple need to have to evolve into Silcoon?

I know there were a couple factors in Wurple's evolution. They were something like:
Its nature, when you caught it (And not just day/night either, but based on hour or something.), and what its gender is. So, it might as well be random, and you're better off catching a Silcoon in the wild.
Hey guys.
I know this is off topic but you know i came to this topic as I have a level 100 Wurmple. I just did the daycare trick on it until it reached level 100. And on subject (this is true because I have done lots of testing.) a Wurmples evolution is set from when you get it. I'm pretty sure it has no effect from natures or IV's or anything.

Well, yes, a Wurmple's evolution is set when you get it because it is based on natures and other unchangeable things. But not only based on nature, so a Bold Wurmple won't always become a Cascoon, and etc. I don't remember what all the conditions were, but I'm sure Nature had something to do with it.
Hey guys.
Chris (Meowth) at Pokemon Forever wrote this in his Pokedex.
Wurmple --> Silcoon (Level 7 [Personality Value%10<=4])
Wurmple --> Cascoon (Level 7 [Personality Value%10>=5])
Personality Value...is that what we were calling the HGV, Hidden Gender Value, for a while? That which determines gender, nature, a Spinda's spot pattern, and other fun things?
