Well, I certainly don't object! My first pokemon is my male Dratini, Sayuri.

Start off with a Mist, stop that Pidgey reducing our stats and make it harder for him to see! Follow up with an Icy Wind to stop him flying straight and then finish up with a Thunderbolt! Make that Pidgey afraid to be in the sky!

In the Middle of No Where

Let the scenery of the bustling ASB city be wisped away as we travel to the vast plains. Grass everywhere, it shines brilliantly in the suns ray, which cascade on a lone trainers skin. Smiling, the trainer turns, hearing laughter coming from behind him.
When his eyes catch a glimpse of another trainer, he turns, a friendly smile on his face, and a Pidgey on his shoulder.

"Hello." He greets, catching the other trainers attention.

"Oh hi!" The woman laughs, as she didn't even notice him.

"Could I interest you in a battle?"

The woman smiles, before saying: "I've just finished a battle, so I'll take you on!" She immediately follows her own words by tossing an average red and white pokemon that splits open to reveal a small serpent pokemon. "I'll use my Dratini, Sayuri."

Issuing his pokemon forward, the Pidgey took the field. Smiling gleefully, both trainers prepare for a fierce battle.

Chapter One: The Opening Scene

As the sun is shining down upon the beautiful battlefield, the two trainers and their beloved pokemon prepare for battle.
Weasel Overlord, on one end, watches as her Dratini opens his mouth exhales a cold, soothing mist over the entire field. Obscuring her opponent's vision.

Oh but bird1111's Pidgey isn't fooled. Reacting fast, he flaps his tiny wings hard enough to create a small funnel of harsh air that makes its way over to the mist, blowing most of it away, but leaving just enough to make it slightly hard to see.

Sayuri, who is hidden in his thinning blanket of fog, makes his move. Chilling air rushes from the thin blanket of mist and heads for Pidgey, but he's already on the rise! Literally!

Pidgey flies upwards, but soon the chilling attack follows him, causing the tip of his tail feathers to become covered in frost, dealing some light damage.
Pidgey then hovers there, watching from above as Sayuri's gaze focuses on him.

Annoying bird... Sayuri thinks, as his body begins to fly with electricity, and in an instant, a bolt of lightning flies upwards, and makes harsh contact with Pidgey! Oh No! Pidgey comes tumbling down, but before he hits the ground he flaps his wings and regains his balance.

Rather annoyed, the adorable little Bird pokemon begins to cough and gag! Poor thing! But at the last moment purple toxins fly from its mouth and land splat... Ew god! Right on poor Sayuri's face! Who's now blushing with embarrassment! Aww poor thing!

Okay Sayuri! We won't let that Pidgey get the better of us, he'll soon see we won't be easy to beat! Start this round off with a Supersonic to confuse Pidgey. Just ignore that sunshine, it's no great disadvantage to us; and follow up with a Shock Wave to give him another jolt. Finish up with a Rest to get rid of that poison, it could seriously harm you!

Chapter Two: Let the rays of the Sun be the blanket of your dreams…

Doing some sort of exotic dance crossed with a waltz, Pidgey danced around the arena, and soon enough that weird dance caused the already hot arena to becoming something like inside a microwave.

Sayuri, the adorable little Dratini seems rather unaffected. Instead, he begins to hum the nasty tune of ten thousand and one confusing thoughts.
The high pitched noise enters poor Pidgey’s ears, ringing the thoughts and confusing notions into his brain. Poor guy, everything around him is spinning.

Still attempting to follow his trainer’s instruction, Pidgey turns around and attempts to fly to a safe distance. But it’s proving difficult; he so lost in his own thoughts that he can’t seem to fly very well.

Sayuri is quick to use this to his advantage. Gathering electric energy, he fries off a wave of overly large sparks that fly down towards poor Pidgey and collides with the tiny feathered body. Pidgey collapses to the ground, sparks flying wildly from his body.

At the last moment, Pidgey pants heavily, attempting to relax, he watches Sayuri curls up into a little ball, takes a giant yawn, before closing his eyes, and falling asleep. Soon enough anti-toxins zoom through his veins, curing his status defect.

Chapter Three: How exciting...

Much like the sarcasm in the title, that's how this chapter of this heroic tale turned out. Pidgey focuses on himself before 3 more of him appear.
Unaware of this however, is Sayuri, who instead of trying to wake up. Begins to snore. Louder and louder, before long the rumbles of the subsonic noise slams into one of the Pidgeys. Making the copy vanish into thin air.

Going again first, rather confident in his abilities, the once super shocked Pidgey now gives some of his energy to create an identical copy of himself.

Muttering... Sayuri begins to toss and turn, his dreams becoming something like his reality as he begins to blurt out words in Dratini tongue at random. Suddenly, inside his body glands begin to release adrenaline, Sayuri is so into his dream, that he used Agility!
The adrenaline is acting like an anti sleep drug, Sayuri lightly tosses in his own sleep, noises from the waking word begin to influence his dreams.

A similar strategy this round, Pidgey again uses a double team. Now making it five clones, one body double, and an actual Pidgey on the field.
However, the cute little Dratini is still asleep. Instead of acknowledging how futile an attack is. He snores once again. The attack slams into the body double, but doesn't do much due to the range snore had to travel.

Chapter Four: Wake up Call...

His eye cracks; the world of the living is beginning to come back as his blurred sight sets upon the small birds that are releasing adrenaline much like he did in his dream.
Blinking slowly, sweet little Sayuri concentrates for a minute, before summing an invisible veil of safety from status ailments and sicknesses...

Pidgey is not afraid; flapping his tiny wings he summons a brilliant gust funnel and sends it flying towards Sayuri, who soon is just as awake as Pidgey who is watching gleefully as his gust whips around Sayuri.

Angry, Sayuri strikes back, his body sparking like a short circuit before a wave of sparks is released, unfortunately, it strikes the Sub, doing good damage but not be ridding of it.

A similar turn of events, once again Sayuri is terrorized by gust, but then he retaliates again, firing off a thunderbolt that collides with the sub, destroying it.

Chapter Five: Its Raining...

Starting off this match is Pidgey, summoning fourth an identical copy of himself, giving up energy, and health. But creating a well sized one this time.
Sayuri could careless, summoning fourth the rains in a great show of power. A benefit to the rains is that they destroy the clones. As well as soaking his skin, making him feel so much better.

Pidgey now flaps his wings, creating a gust funnel; he fires it off at Sayuri who is tormented by it for a bit, before countering her attacker with a Blizzard. But due to mental blocking, Sayuri attacks the Sub, dealing nice damage, but missing the actual Pidgey.

A similar strategy from Pidgey: summoning another gust, and throwing it towards Sayuri, who clenches his jaw as the winds ravage him for a few seconds. Growling, and slightly flustered, the cute little Dratini retaliates with a Thunderbolt. Striking the Sub dead on.

Chapter Six: Memory Check for the Ref...

Sayuri acts first, opening his tiny mouth, he hums rather loudly the tune of 10 000 and one thoughts. They carry across the field until they meet Pidgey. But oh no! It's not Pidgey! It's the sub! The real Pidgey is nestled down on the ground, and... Sleeping? How... Odd..

Sayuri, now annoyed at the ever-growing occurrences of misses, starts to spark wildly, eyes glowing yellow, he opens his mouth and cries his name. An extremely large bolt of lightning flies from Sayuri to the Sub, causing the fake to explode, over loaded with static energy.

Now open to attack, Pidgey turns over in his sleep. Oblivious to Sayuri who is smirking wildly and looking like an insane-man. The cute, little, mental Dratini charges a cold looking beam, and in his maniacal rage, fires it off at Pidgey, who gets good damage, and his wing is now frozen to the ground!
Somehow though, Pidgey is still asleep, and his dreams are for some reason about being in the artic...
