Vulpix(Silver version)/Growlithe(Gold/Crystal versions)-Fire Stone.
Staryu-Water Stone.

I've been trying to get the Water stone and I've cahgt lickingtong for Bill's granpa before and oddish but after that no more requests(i stoped going there after i exited and went back in and he didn't ask for one so i stoped going)i know somebody who will give you a water stone shes the Lass you see on the way to Moo Moo farm you have to get her phone number and after awile she'll phone you and say she's got a gift for you(so far she's given me two thunder stones)she'll give you elemetel stones=)

Lass ??? only gives you thunderstone. Water stone is received from a Fisher, just outside of maghony town, he has a Quilfish.

By the way, this is (sadly) only in Crystal. In Gold and Silver, the Fire, Leaf, Water and Thunder Stones only come from Bill's grandfather, and he only ever gives you one of each. Sucks, don't it.

Here's the full list of evo stones in GSC, other than the ones you get at Bill's house:

Fire Stone: School Boy Alan (Route 36)*
Thunder Stone: Lass Dana (Route 38)*
Water Stone: Fisherman Tully (Route 42)*
Leaf Stone: Picnicker Gina (Route 34)*
Moon Stone: Route 26 (in the waterfall area), Mt. Moon on Mondays, Ruins of Alph (complete one of the puzzles). Also, your mom sometimes buys one for you with the money you give her to hold.
Sun Stone: Win the Bug-Catching Contest.
Also, the elemental stones are randomly available through Mystery Gifts.

*- Only available in Crystal.

The Moon Stone in the Ruins of Alph is Crystal-only too, isn't it? Only Crystal has those hidden rooms with four item balls each.

[i]while i must admit i really didn't pay too much attention to the ruins, it does ring a bell that the moonstone in the ruins was crystal only. so yea, but it does suck you only get these stones you only get one stone each from bill's grandpa.
