Ok then. Go, Roses! (female Bulbasaur)
Ok Roses, start with Safeguard, Sludge Bomb and Giga Drain!

Two PokeBalls were thrown into the air and two small Pokemon were released. On one side was a Chinchou called Larxene (named after the Kingdom Hearts character) while her opponent was a rather cute Bulbasaur aptly named Roses. Will Roses' type advantage give her the edge in this face-off? We'll just have to watch and see.
Roses knew that Chinchous had several status moves up their sleeves, so she went on the defensive with Safeguard. As her body glowed green, she became temporarily protected from nasty status. But Larxene took advantage of this by firing a fierce Ice Beam. Roses really felt the impact of this move. The stadium certainly lived up to its name because never before had she experienced so much pain from one attack.
Growling, the Bulbasaur's bulb pumped out several balls of sludge into the air. Just then, her opponent duplicated herself so that she had 4 clones. The Sludge Bomb whizzed down and exploded all over the place, raising dust and smoke when they popped. When it cleared, there was only one Chinchou left on the field. But apparently, she had been so lucky as to have avoided any damage from that attack.
Larxene chuckled before taking a deep breath and blowing out a huge flurry of ice, wind, and snow. Roses cringed and dug her feet into the ground, but even then, she was blown a couple of feet backwards. When the ice attack subsided, she found out that her feet were now frozen to the ground. Nonetheless, she reached out with a vine, snagged the Chinchou, and drained a bunch of health from her.

Larxene, try and freeze the rest of Roses with an Ice Beam. Next, Double Team again to avoid more damage. Finally, another Ice Beam.
Ice Beam ~ Double Team ~ Ice Beam
I'm back.
Roses, start with Sunny Day. Let's hope the heat weakens the ice attacks and melts the ice. Continue with Magical Leaf to delete the clones and counter that ice beam with a Solar Beam!

Roses maybe frozen to the ground, but that’s all right since she is perfectly capable of attacking from a distance. However, the stinging cold around her feet is something she did not enjoy, so she pointed her bulb towards the sky and shot a narrow beam of light from it. The sun shone instantly all over the arena. Larxene did not like where this was going, so she quickly fired an Ice Beam before the arena got too hot. Roses got the direct hit and it still did a lot of damage, but at least there was no chance of her getting frozen anymore.
Larxene saw how effective her last Double Team was, so she tried it again. But the Bulbasaur was ready and she released a flurry of sparkling rainbow leaves that located the real Chinchou and attacked it. Larxene cringed in pain as she was knocked back, but quickly bounced back again.
She saw the light entering Roses’ bulb and was worried. She fired an Ice Beam to get in some damage before the big Solarbeam, but at the same time, the Solarbeam was released. The two attacks collided into each other, but the Solarbeam was much stronger and blasted into the Chinchou, dealing a great amount of damage. When the dust cleared, Larxene groaned in pain.

This sunny weather spells big trouble for Larxene if it continues on. She took a deep breath and puffed out a chilly breath. That didn’t seem like much, but it had a big effect on the weather. Now the sunlight grew weaker and the arena was a bit cooler. That didn’t stop Roses from firing her Solarbeam. Even though it lost its initial strength, it still did a good amount of damage.
Larxene fired another Ice Beam at the same time that Roses used her Magical Leaf. The ice attack hit the glittering leaves and froze them solid, while a portion of it went through to hit Roses in the forehead.
Larxene followed this up with an even stronger ice attack. A ferocious gale of ice and snow erupted from her mouth and engulfed Roses. The Bulbasaur took the attack as best she could, but came out nearing the end of her endurance. Shivering, she reached out with a vine and sapped some more health from her opponent.

Wait wait. Doesn't the attack list say that Hail doesn't create any clouds? Since Sunny day was on, then there were no clouds around, therefore, making the attack kinda useless, right? Thanks.
I'll change the part which said it started hailing, and make it so that it just canceled out the sun. But technically, it's impossible for hail to occur without clouds, since it is a form of precipitation.

aragornbird, just letting you know, I renamed Larxene, now she's Mistral
Wow, I like this battle. Not because I'm winning (although that helps), but because it's fast and you never know who's going to be in the lead. Anything could turn the battle around... I was lucky enough to choose a pokemon with attacks super-effective against Roses, but on the flipside, Roses has attacks of her own type supereffective against Larxene/Mistral.
Mistral, start with a Blizzard, then two Double Teams. If Roses uses Magical Leaf, substitute Ice Beam at the leaves; if Roses uses Solarbeam, substitute Rain Dance to lower the damage.
I'm back.
Ok then. Roses, start with one Solar Beam to make Mistral attack with Rain Dance. Now, the rain should get rid of all the clones she makes. Finish with Giga Drain and Frenzy Plant.

Mistral was about to fire another icy beam at her opponent. But Roses exploited the Chinchou’s strategy by charging up some solar energy in her bulb. The Chinchou saw this and quickly changed plans. She shut out the sun by bringing dark clouds in, which soon began a downpour. The Solarbeam took longer to charge and even when it was complete, the size of the beam was nothing compared to the previous ones. Still, it did its damage and brought Mistral closer to defeat.
As Roses brought out a vine, Mistral used yet another Double Team. The clones weren’t destroyed by the rain, but they didn’t serve much of a distraction. Raindrops bounced off the surface of the real Chinchou while they simply passed through all the illusions. Roses made her pick and went in for the grab. The startled Mistral was suddenly picked up as her clones disappeared. Health was drained from her body to such a point that Mistral lost consciousness and her antennae drooped to her sides. Roses seemed quite happy when the round was over.

A speedy Sneasel came out to replace the fallen Chinchou. Roses tried to give this new opponent all she had left. First, she had to change this blasted rainy weather. But as soon as she made it stop raining, Doon used the clouds left over to produce another weather effect – Hail. The already cool weather became even colder as Doon’s attack came into play. Hailstones pelted the arena, and Roses was hit.
Doon lost no time in launching his next attack. A blast of chilly wind, ice, and snow ripped through the arena before Roses could launch her own attack. The attack froze the Bulbasaur in a layer of ice, which then tipped over. Poor Roses was done for in this battle.

A cute Vulpix was sent out to counter the Sneasel’s icy abilities. Yellow was instantly greeted with several hailstones that pelted in her face. Doon was about to throw something else in her face – a glob of toxic poison! But the Vulpix was swift and sent out a stream of flames that not only blasted away the toxic goo but also dealt some heavy damage to the Sneasel.
Doon knew he would need a supereffective attack to combat this opponent, so he tried to telekinetically gather all the water in the arena. There wasn’t much though, except for the puddles left over from the recent rain. Meanwhile, Yellow dug underground to escape the attack. The Surf attack move forward in a small wave barely two feet high. Some of it entered the hole, and the Vulpix struggled as the water splashed her around.
Yellow came out of the hole shivering and wet. Doon had a clawful of mud already prepared and swung it in her face. The Vulpix yelped as the wet mud stuck to her fur. With her vision obscured, she can only hope to make her Fire Blast as big as possible. The arena glowed orange as a huge fiery attack roared through. Even the speedy Sneasel had trouble dodging it. Her back was scorched as it came in contact with the left arm of the Fire Blast.

It was time for another weather war as both Doon and Yellow needed different weather effects to be effective in battle. The already cold weather benefited the Sneasel more, as it took less energy to change the form of precipitation than to make it sunny altogether. Yellow was stuck with the rainy weather as the Sneasel smirked. But at least the water falling in her face washed some of the mud from her eyes.
Raindrops swirled around Doon as he prepared for a much stronger Surf attack. This gave the fox some time to launch a Flamethrower. The damage was lessened due to the rain, but of course, this is the Double Damage Stadium so even a little damage goes a long way. Finally, Doon launched a wave of respectable size over, which drenched the Vulpix in water before collapsing into a big puddle around the fox.
The Sneasel did his preparation for the water attack again as Yellow blasted another Flamethrower at him. The flames hit, the water hit, and both Pokémon were left with less than half their health.

The Sneasel smirked. At this rate, the Vulpix is going down in no time! He began his Water move again, but suddenly his muscles froze up as his entire body was covered in a red glow. For the time being, he couldn’t do anything but stare into Yellow’s fiercely glowing eyes.
But Disable only works as long as the user concentrates on the opponent. As soon as Yellow switched to her next attack, Doon was free to move again, although he was a bit shaken after that last move. Steam rose from Yellow’s body as she blasted out an incredibly hot stream of flames that hit harder than any of her previous Flamethrowers. Doon groaned in pain but let the raindrops cool him off. Then he brought his Surf attack crashing down on the Vulpix again.
Yellow was in a desperate situation now. She rushed over with a glowing tail and swung it around, slamming it hard into Doon’s side. There was a big purple bruise where it hit, but Doon endured the pain and used Surf once more. The attack almost depleted the rest of her health, but she was saved with a sliver of health remaining due to damage caps.

Uh oh, it was the last stretch of the battle and with both Pokémon nearly fainted, this was gonna be close.
An eery light emanated from Yellow’s eyes. Doon tried not glance at light as he prepared a small column of water. A full power Surf wasn’t needed to defeat the Vulpix. When he was ready to attack, Yellow’s eyes were still glowing fiercely. Startled, Doon flung his arms up, which released the water. Luckily for him, it splashed into the Vulpix, knocking her over.
As Yellow laid on her side, she wondered why she hadn’t used her combo move first, before slipping into unconsiousness.
