Ok I want a basic 2 on 2 here. The arena is a roman colloseum, with a large audience. We start on a nice, calm day with clouds in the sky. There is a fine layer of dirt and sand on the floor.

How about I give this a go then? I'll send out a giant snake of my own, Rouge, my shiny female Gyarados.
Rouge start off hitting the Onix square in the face with Water Pulse. After that let's shake things up a bit with Earthquake. Then finish by bring in some weather support with Rain Dance.
