Okay! So, I'm new and I'd like to have a battle.

Here are my rules:

It's a one on one match with four pokemon each, I'd prefer them to be first stage but I'm not too picky. The battle will be in roleplaying stlye, I expect a good show of anime intensity. You know, the whole grammar and spelling thing. Hmm, what else.Oh yes...

Banned attacks: None, just use the attacks that are aviabalbe. (sp? -_-)

PM (private measage me) if you want to battle this newbie.

I will battle you, but there are a few things you need to know:

1) Roleplaying battles are for the ASBRPG in Roleplaying, so none of the battles is this forum are roleplaying style.
2) There are two details you left out: first, you need to put after how long someone is disqualified. Second, you need to put who sends out a pokemon first and who attacks first.

Pressing the buttons does nothing; falling off the edge costs 5 HP upon returning. If either screen is hit hard enough, it will crack, causing the DS to malfunction and inflict a random status effect on whoever broke the screen.

Somewhere in the sky, there exists a gigantic Nintendo DS: the Super Nintendo DS...

That DS is the supreme lord and master of all DS's, but today, it's serving another purpose: It's a battlefield!

The lovable Good Samaritan of TPM, Blademaster, has been called to the Super Nintendo DS to protect it, making sure it is not damaged in the upcoming battle. Both Trainers are already there - Kevvaelli, a veteran of TPM who has only recently returned from a long absence, and Houndoom_Lover, a sassy, silly sweetheart new to the forums and a close personal friend of the ref's.

Both Trainers send out their Pokemon: Kev sends out a Zangoose named Loor, while Houndy responds with a pink, puppylike Snubbull named Grand-Sama. A Normal VS. Normal battle... this could be interesting...

The alert Blademaster steps up and says in a slightly high-pitched and scratchy voice:

"OK, you two, I want a good clean fight! No punches below the belt, and Houndy, no chewing on your opponent. Now, let's get it on!"

A wrestling bell dings somewhere in the background, and the battle is underway. As the two Pokemon size each other up, their Trainers shout their commands.

Loor seems to have an advantage here; she starts off by pulling back her gnarly claw and closing her eyes, channeling her energy into her fist... A faint tan glow surrounds her body as the energy gathers...

Grand-Sama, meanwhile, isn't too keen on just standing around doing nothing; the feisty fairy gets on all fours and charges at Loor, his head glowing with white light as he picks up speed, and then he slams into Loor's stomach head-first! Loor definitely felt that, but he's determined not to let Grand-Sama get away with that move; she slams Grand-Sama with a devastating haymaker, sending the small Pokemon flying! Grand-Sama slams into the ground hard and rolls a few feet, finally coming to rest on the touch screen's right edge.

Grand-Sama groans dizzily and gets back up, his eyes glowing red as he glares at Loor. Baring his fangs, the puppy lunges at Loor, chomping down on her arm and kicking and swiping at her torso. Loor groans, but she can't make a move - that Focus Punch took a lot out of her.

Loor growls in frustration and in pain - the round is almost over, and she's only made one attack. She quickly pulls back her free claw and then swipes at Grand-Sama, knocking the small Pokemon away. Grand-Sama has taken a bit of damage, but his Rage has also gone up...

Status: Beat up a little; Fury Cutter a little stronger.

Houndy, let me explain how this works:

1. After each round, whoever attacked second last time attacks first this time - you go first this time, and then Kev; next round Kev goes first, and then you, etc.

2. This isn't an RPG - this is ASB... Er, I don't really know the difference either, but... feh, whatever. I don't really care...

3. I fixed Grand-sama's gender. Sorry about that...

Loor, a very swift creature, takes the offensive by dashing at the downed Grand-Sama and slashing at him with her claw, doing a bit more damage to the Fairy Pokemon than last time and sending him tumbling across the field.

Grand-Sama gets up and stamps his foot angrily, and then he jumps and clamps his sturdy jaws down onto Loor's arm. Loor cries out and flails her arm wildly, trying to get Grand-Sama to let go, but to no avail - he's clamped on tight.

Frustrated, Loor slashes at Grand-Sama again, doing a good amount of damage this time. Grand-Sama yelps and lets go, but then he jumps up and licks Loor's cheek! Not exactly a damaging maneuver, but the desired effect seems to have happened - Loor is stunned!

Loor staggers away from Grand-Sama, his body quickly going numb from that Lick attack. Grand-Sama, seeing an advantage, leaps at the Zangoose and clamps down hard on her leg! Loor cries out in pain and stumbles, crashing to the ground hard.

I have no idea what your talking about *whistles* ^-^ I didn't know that! From now on, I'll have to make a bigger deal with attacking before I ask to fight. I just thought it was the pokemon's attacks all of them, not all..the attacks X-x.

Pokemon can use all the attacks they can LEARN or be TAUGHT by TM in the games. You can't have a pokemon using moves it cannot legally learn, or that part of the battle they will be left wide open to attack. So asking a Snubbul to "fly up" is out of the question.

Loor starts the round off with Grand-Sama still clamped onto her leg; the Zangoose sweatdrops and kicks with the trapped leg, hoping to shake Grand-Sama off. The first kick shakes Grand-Sama loose, and the second knocks him clean off. Grand-Sama bounces and rolls back towards his Trainer, a smile on his face. Loor doesn't seem to realize what has happened to her...

Seemingly unfazed, Loor tries to execute a Rain Dance, but she's still numb from Grand-Sama's Lick attack. Good thing, too - this DS isn't waterproof, you know! Grand-Sama gets down on all fours and charges at Loor, slamming into her chest and knocking the Zangoose a few feet back.

Loor slowly gets up, her anger building. Sparks begin to dance around her prickly fur as Grand-Sama rushes her again, his stubby fist glowing with white light as he jumps up (being unable to fly) and socks Loor in the face. Loor cries out and holds her nose, which is bleeding a little, but the tough Pokemon quickly shakes off the assault and releases her charged electricity into the atmosphere in the form of a jagged lightning bolt. Thunder rumbles somewhere in the sky, causing Grand-Sama to perk his head up...

KRA-KOOOOOOOM!!!

Grand-Sama shrieks as a massive lightning bolt surges forth from the sky, striking him dead-center! The Snubbull falls to the ground, twitching a little. His fur is singed, and his body is a bit numb...

Loor chuckles an evil chuckle as she glares at the fallen Fairy; she folds her claws over her chest and steps back, waiting for the doglike Pokemon to get back up...

Status: Half-paralyzed

Grand-Sama jumps to his stubby feet, never one to stay down for long. The scrappy Fairy flexes his muscles like a little pink pro-wrestler, his muscles bulging a bit as his attack and defense increase...

Loor, meanwhile, is executing a similar move, pulling back her claw and channeling her energy into it. She closes her eyes and focuses as much strength into her claw as possible, her claw glowing a faint brown as its strength increases multiple times.

Both Pokemon open their eyes and glare at each other, their strengths peaked. Grand-Sama's fist glows white as he charges, and Loor's claw glows brown as she charges. The two Pokemon close the gap between each other and punch...

WHAM!!

Like something out of an action movie, both Pokemon connect with their opponent's faces at the same time. Grand-Sama's cry echoes across the giant DS as he's slammed with the most powerful Fighting attack a Pokemon can learn, knocking him back fifteen feet. At the same time, Loor shrieks in pain as she's slammed with a dizzying Dynamicpunch, her mind totally scrambled by the force of the blow against the center of her head. She stumbles and falls onto her back, the world around her spinning from that last hit.

Several moments pass; neither Pokemon gets up... Houndoom_Lover and Kevvaelli look on with concern...

Suddenly, Grand-Sama weakly raises his arms and begins waving them back and forth... back and forth... back and forth... A glow eminates from his hands as something in his head clicks...

Grand-Sama, seemingly involuntarily, gets to his feet and... growls. Unfortunately, Loor is too dazed to be affected by the Growl; she barely stirs as she closes her eyes, waiting for the little stars spinning around her head to go away...

Houndoom_Lover's Team

Energy: 50%
Status: A little shook up.
