Eon Ticket and other forbidden goodies....

Okay, I know I'm in some...questionable territory asking for help on this, but...

From my understanding, it's possible to get the Eon Ticket in Emerald by linking somehow to a copy of R/S that has one. I found a GS code that allows me to get it in R/S, but.....how do I get it to Emerald?

And if anyone would be nice enough to lend a hand with the Mystic Ticket, Aurora Ticket, and Old Sea Chart, it would be somewhat appreciated. I have a rather...low-levelled device (not sure what version, but it hasn't ever been updated). I want those Legedaries, among others.

[color=magenta]To get the Eon Ticket onto Emerald, you will have to go to the upstairs of a Pokémon Center and mix records with a Ruby/Sapphire game that has an Eon Ticket on it. The Eon Ticket should then transfer to the Emerald game. I am not 100% sure if a sharked Eon Ticket will transfer though, but you could always try it and see.

I really don't know a whole lot about Gamesharks, so I don't know what to tell you about sharking the other tickets onto your game. You could try looking up GameFAQs or a similar site, they have a lot of codes for Gamesharks.

There are things called Pokemon Makers, which basically generate codes for you based on info you put in.

I know at least one of them (Ciro's) will also make items in your PC, so you could make them that way.

However, it seems they put a bit of an anti-cheating defense into Emerald... if you get one of the items any non-legal way (I'm not sure if getting it from a sharked R/S game is "legal" or not though) the game won't recognize that you have the item.

Its better to search out Warp codes, and go straight to the island, rather than try and bother with getting the boat to work with the items.

Look at this topic at GameFAQs. You should be able to find the warp codes right near the top. Though if you don't know what cheat device you have and whatnot, I don't know if you'll run into any problems.

Darn... Just not working. I'm mixing records, but I guess it's sensing that the Eon Ticket I have in Sapphire was sharked (and I've used the thing, too). I thought I was so close there...

And I use a GameShark Advance, and it's never been updated, so the codes I can use at this point are pretty limited. Still, wouldn't mind a semi-legal Mew and Deoxys (as well as Lugia & Ho-oh and Latias).

I'll tell you, they better not pull any more of this crap in D/P, leaving so damn many Pokémon to be gotten through events or some side-game like Colosseum. If they want us to catch them all, don't make it impossible to do so...

ohhh, boy, believe me, they will. you will have to get manaphy's egg from ranger.....and you get that on ranger from a special event...

A little bit of necro-ing, but it's my own topic and it's relevant to such, I guess.

If I decide to shark Mew directly (ie use a code for it to be caught in the wild), I'm well aware it'll be a bit unruly. If I trade it to another version, will it obey there? (And will it obey if I trade it back to the version in question?) Figure I might as well see if I can get by without the Old Sea Chart and the Mystic Ticket (still stuck needing Aurora for Deoxys as there are no codes available for it right now and Eon for a non-traded Latias in Emerald).

Kinda sucks. Found a code that will work for FR/LG to activate the Mystic and Aurora Tickets, but no codes that'll work to actually obtain them. Still nothing for Eon and Old Sea Chart in Emerald...

One thing that should make the special event thing a bit less painful on DP is the Wi-Fi angle. Apart from making it a *lot* easier to legitimately trade for those rares, I could see Nintendo running wireless network events, or distributing special tickets online.

Almost everyone can somehow get access to a wireless hotpot these days, even if it's an internet cafe.
