Sounds fun. I'll sign up.
I'd like to add these restricted moves, if I may:

Bridge to Bridge
Six circular panels in a hexagon shape about 5 meters apart floating over a massive hole that seems to be dragging everything around it inwards; it can be compared to a super blackhole or a wormhole. A large, glistening blue sphere encases the arena to protect it from asteroids and meteors that want to crash through the arena. However, this has a down, down to the weird setting of the protective shield, no Pokemon can fly, they are all grounded (meaning attacks that you must fly to perform, as well as normal flying pokemon will not work). Every two to four rounds, the energy bridges connecting the panels disappear and reappear in a different order. Any Pokemon caught off guard and not on a bridge will fall and hit the protective shield, causing a 10% health decrease, but will be teleported to one of the panels randomly. The panels that normal are lit with a blue glow, will switch to red before the bridges change. However, technology is not perfect and there is a small chance, upon the bridge switch, the shield will short circuit and cut out for about two rounds. In which the Pokemon must do battle under extremely gravitational pull. If they fall into the vortex they will suffer from extreme confusion and temporary paralysis, yet no health or energy decay.
Banned Moves: Anything to do with actually flying (pokemon who levitate are allowed, they just cannot levitate to high off the ground, and cannot float over to another bridge) Rest, Substitute, Perish Song, Destiny Bond, any direct status inflictors, such as Toxic or Thunder Wave, and any direct healers, such as Recover.
Rules: Both competitors PM Pokemon to me, I decide randomly who attacks first. (cause me be reffing! Mufufufuu....)

Warping in from DS HQ
Shuttle on the Way
Located somewhere in space, the syndicate leader Crystal Tears has created an arena that will utterly confuse its battlers. With a flick of a switch in some unseen spaceport, the blue shield activates and the ORINGINAL PLAN for the Bridge to Bridge arena (inspired by the Starcraft Arena) suddenly appears. The glimmering purple bridges fizzle for only a second before becoming complete stable.
The D panel activates, an orange orb appearing over it before it forms into a creature sent directly from Dark Sage’s HQ. It forms into a medium sized reptile with a healthy blue sheen and sharp teeth.
Tiamat, an up and coming warrior for Dark Sage appears, ready for battle.
Breaking through the shield at that moment, is a silver pod. It slams into the E panel before breaking away to reveal a purple furred creature like large teeth.
Rattata; a soldier for MLG decides to try and save this sector from DS’s mighty empire.

Taunt - Blizzard - Body Slam
Tiamat, use Roar to drown out the Taunt. Show him what you think of his attempts.
Then, use Protect against that Blizzard.
Next, roast him with Fire Blast.

The round begins with Rattata glaring at his opponent, he finds his opponent distasteful, and decides to make this known. He opens his mouth and nothing but insults fly from it (4 ENG @ Rattata). Tiamat however, decides to let out a mighty, and terrifying roar that immediately makes the rodent shut its trap and back up a bit (3 ENG @ Tiamat). Gabite smirks, crossing her arms in confidence.
Deciding its best to keep some distance between him and her, Rattata closes his eyes and calls out to ice goddess Articuno, who is all the way back on earth. However, out of no where, a freezing wind with snow and ice expels from the wormhole (6 ENG @ Rattata) and zooms towards Tiamat, who is still looking confident. The chilling attack slams into a glimmering gold shield that Gabite has encase herself in, effectively stopping the assault (6 ENG @ Tiamat).
Rattata’s fear is now mixed with annoyance, the Empire certainly knows who to send; this Tiamat seems to know what she’s doing. Pushing his fear aside, the rat charges, quickly crossing the glimmering bridge before leaping and smashing into Tiamat (10 DMG @ Tiamat, 3 ENG @ Rattata)! The dragon growls, she lifts herself up a bit and opens her large maw. Flames, red and wild expel from her mouth with such force that Rattata is sent flying (12 DMG @ Rattata, 6 ENG @ Tiamat)! He lands painful on edge to the left side of the bridge between D and E.

Okay Tiamat, lets go.
First, use Dragonbreath.
Then, charge the little guy and use Dragon Rush.
Then, grapple and use Dragon Claw.
Counter the Dragonbreath with Bubbelbeam, then Dig underground to avoid the dragonrush and hit him from underground after he tries to use Dragonclaw.
Bubblebeam - Dig - Undig
You can dig in this arena? We're on a series of energy bridges over an open space. I don't think that would work.
Alright.
Bubblebeam, then use Sucker Punch and hit him before he charges. Then finish with Super Fang.

As the next round begins, all the opponents note that the panels have now turned red; signally that soon enough, the bridges will most likely switch. But the Pokemon ignore it. Tiamat begins by taking a few steps forward and expelling a hot, turquoise breath. Rattata seeks to counter with Bubblebeam, expelling thousands of bubbles. However, as the bubbles touch the breath, they pop (3 ENG @ Rattata) and the dragon breath singes Rattata (9 DMG @ Rattata, 2 ENG @ Tiamat), forcing the rodent back a bit. Something happens through, Rattata cringes as his muscles tense. That weird breath has paralyzed him!
Despite this, Rattata rushed forward, his right paw gains a aura of darkness before he leaps and punches Tiamat right in the face (8 DMG @ Tiamat, 4 ENG @ Rattata)! Tiamat stumbles back; slightly dazed by the attack. Angrily, as she recovers, she becomes encased in turquoise flames before charging, slams Rattata (12 DMG @ Rattata, 4 ENG @ Tiamat) and he goes flying back towards the opposing panel. Tiamat growls and rubs her forehead gently.
Rattata groans as he gets up, but then stops. No, this can’t be happening! His muscles tense and lock up, keeping him in a very uncomfortably position (4 ENG @ Rattata). Tiamat grins, her claws become engulfed in a familiar turquoise glow as she stomps up to the rodent and picks him up. Lacking any sort of remorse or mercy, Tiamat slashes Rattata, cutting his face, belly, and back before tossing him into the middle of the bridge (9 DMG @ Rattata, 3 ENG @ Tiamat).

Tiamat, it's about that time. Let's show MLG the true power of dragonfire.
Use Draco Meteor.
After that, your ability to use Special Attacks is going to be shot, so we'll stick to Normal ones. Use Iron Tail.
Then, since MLG might be switching Pokemon soon, use Stealth Rock.
Bumping.
