Here we are folks. The Zephyr plains...

not much to look*WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSH*

... << Damned winds knocked off my hat. ::Chases after::

Well, as I chase my sickly sexy hat, I see that both fighters are rearing to go. Apollo stretches his amber wings, and Kelly puffs up her chest(more? why?)...before they start! Kelly walks around Mothim, as the Moth gears to blind the living daylights out of her. But he stopped, as his body smacked into the grassy knoll. He turned, spotting Kelly glaring at him..

Did he just get Faked Out?

It would seem so. Amazed he got hit that fast, Mothim began to fly up and away, but Kelly darted in, razing his back with her claws. A hard hit, Mothim spiraled down again, but farted as he landed this time. Kelly was a bit too close to that fart, and got a full berth of Poison Powder to her face. Didn't help that the winds just blasted up going down wind, so it really got her good.

..Grr *Watches hat float 10 feet away* >O! Stop it winds!

Removing the scales from her face ala cleaning, Kelly turns toward the dazed moth, and rears back. Mothim finally flies back up a bit, only to lose Kelly, as she stalks him from within the grass. well, a swift beat of wings, and he's a bit higher-and THERE goes that Purugly. Wings continue beating, gathering Energy seemingly thrown at him from the plains themselves.

Kelly springs forth, dashing over and lunging up to headbutt him. That was pretty danged quick. As she lands though, she's followed by a green sphere that rocks her socks! Bouncing a few feet away, Mothim glitters in the sunlight, pleased so far.

Yeah, Kelly was taken aback by that. And now she still tasted Mothim fart. Ewww.

Still here, as the second round starts with a STRONG windy blast, that alters Apollo's flight pattern haphazardly. Kelly watches Apollo spiral back into control, before waving her tail around like an air landing coordinator.

Apollo though shot skyward, forcing a Gust to needle down atop of Kelly, stopping her Hypnosis attempt.

Skyward and in control before the winds returned...hopefully with my hat...the Sun began to peel out and shine upon the brightly colorful fields. There really are pretty fields, but whoa! What ..the Dark Knight?..

No. Just Kelly. Streaking across the sky, a dark-Faintly visible form soaring up to smack Apollo down a notch.

Wings fluttered immensely, as the winds returned shooting left, blowing in Kelly's face for the moment. Her eyes closed, she buried her head in her side, and began to spark.

Spying the sparks, Apollo quickly focused a nice white sphere of energy, and fired it down as the electric rings panned out in thick Waves toward the sky. The Shock was appalling, as Apollo fell back onto the plains, blown a bit by the winds.

The Power fired by Apollo however, found its mark, Kelly stepping back a bit to shake her head from the direct hit. However, no ill effects other than what she was already enduring.

Apollo righted himself. That cat was playing tough! Oh well. As Kelly streaked in to get her jaws on some juicy Mothim, her mouth stopped. Along with her body! Before long the air around her seemed to bend and warp so much that she was accelerating in reverse, slamming into the ground a few feet away.

Kelly got up, but she dared not try, as Apollo was already flapping his wings...

Unpleased with missing her opportunity, Kelly tried again for a straightforward attack. Apollo fluttered a bit, but before he could shoot another gust her way to also propel upward, he was struck backwards by a razor sharp set of claws. Not one to be out just yet, Apollo continued to flap. The gust created straightened him out, but missed Kelly.

Finally back in the air, Apollo began to shimmer and glow. Kelly tried staring up at him, but with the glaring sun, it made things difficult. She hissed as she tried to Hypnotize the moth in the sky, but soon a greenish light made her forget about that plan.

Almost like a tractor beam, the SolearBeam rained down upon Kelly, smashing her to the ground.

And here comes the winds, blowing my hat away >O! Kelly gets a faceful of dust, and Apollo soars high, for now.
