Jurassic Peak

The arena is the side of a mountain. It isn't dizzyingly high, but it's no foothill either. Many tropical trees, vines, and other jungle plants dot the face of the cliffs, which are carved by a narrow river, no more than 15 feet wide at its broadest and a meter at its deepest. However, the river current is fed by waterfalls higher up the summit; ergo, it's fast, and any Pokemon caught in the flow will be carried over a waterfall if it doesn't get out (1 action to get out). Should a Pokemon go over the waterfall, an Aerodactyl will carry it back up at the cost of a round of action (No HP loss, folks - our Aero's a vegetarian. ).

Alley, it's playtime. Flatter that ooga-booga, then use a combo of Charm and Defense Curl to make its attacks worth more or less dick, and look cute in the process! ^_^

Creeper! Start off with a Fake out to make it flinch and stop it's Flatter! Than hit it with a confuse Ray, followed by a Toxic to weedle away some damage.

=)Intro(=
The teeming sound of the jungle radiate from our place of battle, Jurassic Peak. A soaring stone beast looks down upon the two trainers, waiting for its chance to be of use. Mystic Clone (M_C for the remainder of the battle) cracks his knuckles and releases from a heavily scarred pokeball a phantom that screeches at the sky to challenge the world. His opponent, the ever vigilant Blade responds to the challenge by releasing a poisonous rodent which are super fun to use (Nidoking plug ^_^) and orders her to prepare for battle. None of this escapes the all seeing eyes of the Aerodactyl as he swoops into the clouds….

At the starting gun the affectionally named Alley Rat romps over to the silent spook and makes to “kill’em with kindness”. Creeper however isn’t buying it and as the Nido reaches him, before she can let a word escape in her native tongue he blitz swiftly at her which surprises Alley so much she flinches then jukes again to her left and strikes her with a claw.

The blow rolls Alley away but she recovers quickly with an angry look about her. She regains her composure and actives her secret technique, The “Porcu-Ball”! Creeper raises an eyebrow (Do Sableye have eyebrows? *Draws Creeper a pair just to make sure*) “A-hem” ….Raises an eyebrows at the perplexing ball of spines that squeaking muffled charming words to him. He shrugs and blast from his gem eyes a grey-white beam that bathes Alley in healthy confusion.

Alley unexpectedly uncurls and wobbles about…”Look at the pretty birdies…” she thinks. Creep keeps on the attack and strikes like pit viper with a hot venom the splashes Alley but the beauty of being poison type…you can’t get poisoned…sorry M_C…

Ok, so poisoning's out. At least we confused her. First, use Detect incase she manages to snap out of it. Then hit with a Shadow Ball, followed by a Fire Punch!

BTW, I love how my combo did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Neither attack worked, despite that no true defensive measures were taken against it.

Alley, Relax and let the Confusion wear off. If just Relaxing isn't enough, then try and repeat the following in your head as you do so:

"If I allow Master to lose this battle, Master will put me in a WOOD CHIPPER!"

OK? You all relaxed now? Good. Fry that thing with a Thunderbolt, then finish with an Ice Beam to the eyes. Not like they're hard to miss.

If you're still Confused after round one, try Relaxing again, then continue as instructed.

The pretty birdies dance for the disoriented hare and she finds them rather relaxing. Flopping on the ground she lets the confusion work through never noticing Creeper locating her by her energy signature, though it really did nothing…

Alley shakes her head, things less fuzzy, and sparks to life literally! Creeper howls for the chance to damage something and slams his hands together at the wrist and gathers a murky sphere of energy in his claws. Both elements reach max power and fly at there prospective target, mashing into each other. Their powers overload for a mini explosion that throws them both backwards.

Creeper lands with grace and rushes for Alley, right fist ablaze and held back. The poison rabbit rolls to her feet and challenges Creeper with a pearly beam of ice energy. Creeper swings but he is caught in the chest by Alley’s attack, driving him back and freezing his torso some what…

The heaviness of the ice on Creepers chest affects his movements but he pushes on to fight. His body starts to dematerialize into shadow just as Alley releases sound waves of pain. The supersonic resonates all around but Creeper is nowhere to be seen! He suddenly phases up behind Alley from his hiding spot in her own shadow and claws backside.

“Tricksy little hobbit” Alley thinks in her best Gollum voice but all LoTR aside she charges a different element at her disposal, this time of water. Creeper scratches at his icy armor that burdens his chest and growls at Alley to exact revenge. Extending his left claw a swirling darkness surrounds it and forms into a menacing talon. Creeper lunges claw first at the Nido but is struck with Water Pulse seconds before connecting. The side effects of confusion muddle up Creepers mind.

Alley suddenly sparks again and zeros in on her opponent who is clumsily wandering about not sure of his next tactic. The Thunderbolt cut into him like a hot knife through butter and locks his joints in place…blasted paralysis!

Inflicted heavily with status ailments Creeper opts to knock them all out with a quick hibernation. He closes his eyes and enters a trance to activate the healing process but his body locks up! Alley sneers as her little horn glows with a psychic energy. Creep his frozen stiff, un able to move let alone sleep.

The ghosts move option are all for naught as they required him to be in dream land. A powerful glow blinds him, what is it!? It’s Alley Rat! What power! She flares with electricity and simultaneously expels chilling air. Blade smiles and points at the Sableye, “Sodomy Storm!!” He bellows. Alley roars and blasts a Thunder and Blizzard attack which merge as one to become an ice blue bolt surrounded by a cyclone of snow and ice! The attack drills into Creeper and propels him right toward the waters edge. Creeper twitches with the entire left side of his body frozen. Alley pants heavily...that took a lot out of her...

As Creeper lies with a sever handicap Alley darts for him, her small incisors taking a black sheen. She leaps to chomp on his exposed head but she is halted in mid-air! Creeper still has some fight left and he proves it by force pushing the Nido-F away.

Alley springs to her feet, head slightly throbbing from the mental encounter. She lowers to the ground and relaxes all her muscle to call back some stamina after her last huge assault. Creep manages to flip to his front and with an angrily cry his body glows with psychic power. Another blast of energy throws Alley out of her relaxed position.

Third times a charm and Creeper pants as he musters one more psychic blast but suddenly his body seizes up, “NooOOooooO” he screams. Locked in paralysis Alley easily make its worst by electrocuting her opponent with great joy…

alright, let's stop that thing in it's tracks! first, hit it with another Confuse Ray! If that fails, hit it again and if THAT fails, hit it a third time!

If the first one works, relax for a bit and then hit it with a Zen Headbutt. If only the second confuse Ray works, then just use Zen Headbutt.

Both pokemon share the same stamina so they both opt to disorient the other by confusion. Having slightly more energy, Alley screeches sonic waves directed at the helpless ghost but light travels faster than sound. Creepers Confuse Ray rockets from his eyes just as the sound waves enter his brain. Both pokemon find themselves in muddled states, oblivious to the world…

And they relax…nothing flashy or fancy…

Confusion waviering, Alley gather frost energy to her mouth as the disable ghost can barely get to one foot to attack. Another Blizzard streaks at Creeper but he can’t move, to attack or avoid, damn paralysis! The force of the move throws Creeper into the river to plummet over the Falls. Suddenly a grey blur darts from the clouds after the ghost. A second later Creeper is dropped back to the field with only his left arm frozen thanks to the Aerodactyl’s tight grip…

Although she is still very fuzzy Alley calms herself and relaxes her muscles for a spell. The sneaky spooks creeps to her, throwing off as much suave gusto as he can but his body quickly locks from paralysis causing him to face fault with embarrassment.

With nothing to do much, the Nido Relaxes and the Creeper glows with healing Psychic energies.

Some of his strength renewed Creeper concentrates on his attributes, bringing his hands together in a praying fashion and calming his very being. A blast of lightening bolts however break this focus state and leave him fried.

Creeper’s fatigue is apparent but be doesn’t give up! Focusing his charka the Ghost creates impressive clones which hide his true location, 4 in total. The perk Nidoran however dispatches the copies with lighting darts that fan out and hit Creeper.

The surge of electricity flares up Creepers paralysis but he tries to just relax while it happens. Alley hocks from deep in her gullet a viscous poison which she spits like a viper. The Toxic hits Creeper right in the chest and he yelps while it burns into his skin.

Sickened by the poisons doing a number on his system, Creeper squats a breathes heavily trying to relax. Alley follows suit and patiently waits out her enemy.

Alley’s mouth quickly fills with a pearly ball of ice energy to put Creeper back on ice. The mass afflictions that assail him lighten up just enough for him to pull a counter. Moving with break neck speed Creeper darts for the Nido, who readies to fire, and jukes quickly left avoiding the blast which piles into a jagged block of ice. Creep readjust his trajectory and slams Alley with his frozen arm, finally freeing it.

Flustered from the hit Alley calms down and relaxes her body. Creeper flexes his numb arm and hand and snarls loudly at Alley. Ghostly vapors flow from his bejeweled eyes and a fantastic beam of confusion races from them into Alley, leaving her mind a complete mess.

Now with an upper hand Creeper flops on his back and relaxes, the paralysis wanting to take another hold on him. Alley stares up at the pretty birdies, swiping at them in hopes of a quick lunch….

Now then, can we get some action please! Great! Creeper surges with violet power and charges at a surprisingly sparky Alley. She bides he time for the ghost to get within distance and lights him up with Thunder! The massive attack throws Creeper away again and his body violently twitches from pain!
