when people say 'uu' it usually means something that is underused, but good... luvdisc would make a crappy annoyer heres why

luvdisc used toxic...

-_-... but for purposes... and decent gligar, all his stats are good but s.a. go with -s.a. + s.d./attack gligar can get wing attack, earthquake, curse, sandstorm(his ability raises his evasion i believe to 50%) making him a very decent pogey to use, has 2 immunities, and not that many weaknesses when you look at it, all hes got bad is 4xice, but even if you had a 2x ice would you leave a sandlash in against a starmie... ? gligar is very good, and underused, helps because you can switch in, take dmg, and switch back... has decent attack and a decent movepool... not bad at all IMO but is underused... so plz dont say magikarp and crap... i actually used a karp once, i knew someone didnt have any form of hazer, so i had a bp chain to karp, i won... anyways... gligar, he 0wnz

Well, it either has the traits - Water Veil (Immune to burn) or Swift Swim (Speed doubles during rain).

- Hydro Pump over Surf because it needs to attack hard and fast, because this pokemon's life span during battle will eventually... go away. It needs to deal damage fast and hard, especially with its low special attack stat. Seaking does have great attack stats, though, so Hyper Beam or Return would work very well on it.

dont be disrespectful. missingno is no. 000; it is a glitched pokemon, one of many, but it is a pokemon none the less. and i dont see too many starmie's now that thunder wave is unnobtainable on them, not as many as back in GSC.

in GSC, it's got to be sunflora. nothing pails to a pokemon who has only special attack going for it. it's got bad moves that are only offensive and only three advantages, four if you want sludge bomb.

RS, i dont know. Dustox as it's just bad, breeding purposes only. ariados and beedrill can wail on this sorry bastard's ***. then there's luvdisc, beyond worthless. they say that there has to be some bad pokemon to have good ones, but this one has NOTHING going for it. any pokemon can do what this one can try to do, it's horrible.
