RPG HALLOWEEN PARTY
(And Trick or Treating)

It was a dark and stormy night, on all hallows eve, the house was set for all of those that were about to arrive.

In reality it wasn’t a dark or stormy night, in fact you could see the stars outside. But either way everything was set for the RPG Forum’s Halloween Party! The house was decked out in gothic attire, from skeletons to cobwebs everything was set for the guests.

The massive mansion, filled with wall-to-wall scares, only served to heighten the atmosphere and enjoyment of the soon to arrive guests.

But this year was different from the others, instead of being confined to just one house, everyone can go out and trick or treat the neighbourhood, which is populated by members of other RPGs, as well as having their house decked out in a look that fits both the RPG and Halloween.

So bring your RPG characters, dressed up as ghosts, ghoulies, super heroes, and villains, or what ever your imagination contains. And welcome to the TPM Halloween Party 2008!

Bulbasaur4, Roy Karrde, and Weasel Overlord bring you this year’s TPM Halloween Party! Try not to spike the punch, and watch out for the critters and creepy crawlies that walk around the massive mansion that is set up. You can come as a RPG Character from any RPG on this board; the character can come as him or her or its self, or dressed up in a Halloween costume. Exceptions will be made, if PMed to any of the three mods.

Character Name - Cho Itou
Original Appearance - 4'11" with small build and tanned skin. Her hair is short and spiky with the exclusion of two long locks that go up and over her head like antennae. There's a scar over the bridge of her nose. Her left eye is green while her right is blue.
Costume - A sailor fuku uniform with red cat ears, two red and black cat tails, and a yellow collar with a red metal tag.
Anything you are bringing - candy apples and her nekomata summon, Fuu
Original RPG - Furinkazan
Personality - Very cheerful and confident, but can get scary when angry. Prone to getting into fights.

Character Name - Fuu
Original Appearance - A housecat-sized nekomata (two-tailed cat) with a red and black scheme. Wears a gold collar with a ruby heart tag. Can increase her size to that of a large dog, or transform into Cho (although she keeps some of her characteristics).
Costume - In her Cho transformation, an identical sailor fuku outfit, with her cat ears and tails remaining, as well as her collar.
Anything you are bringing - Sugar cookies shaped like pawprints with white frosting

Personality - Curious and playful. Likes to refer to herself in the third person.

Character Name- Vivian Fay
Original Appearance- Vivian is about five foot seven, average weight, with silver-rimmed glasses (which she is known to fiddle with habitually), bright cat-green eyes, and fair complexion. Her hair is currently black on top, and deep red underneath in back. Faded freckles can be seen over her cheeks, nose, and shoulders, though it's apparent that it's been some time since she spent any real time in the sun (at least, without sunscreen; mustn't forget it!). Her ears are pierced twice on the left, three times on the right, and she has her left eyebrow pierced. Her right arm has a vine tattoo winding around from her wrist all the way to her shoulder. Her back is a mass of symbols, script in other languages, and pictures that make no sense at first, or second, glance. One could spend hours going over the designs there and still find something new.
Costume- A traditional Valkyrie (hardiharhar... image to give an idea to those who are unsure), complete with winged helm, sword, shield and spear.
Anything you are bringing- Chocolate fondue fountain, yummmm...
Original RPG- Dual Nature
Personality- Vivian goes through life to her own beat, as if she's listening to music that only she can hear, and her actions are a dance to it. She's a free spirit, and isn't afraid to make her mind known to those around her. She's quirky, passionate, bold, die-hard, and loves every minute of it. You'd be hard-pressed to find anyone more alive than she is. She lives to experience life to the fullest extent, and gods forbid that you try to persuade her otherwise. She's a source of comfort, joy, and healing to her friends, and she has many of those.

Character Name: Inoue Hotaru (Last name, then first name)
Original Appearance: Of average height, standing at around 5’7”, and he has a slender, almost slight build. His hair is pale blonde, which is odd for a Japanese boy, but for the fact that his birth father was Caucasian, and he keeps it clipped short, to about chin-length, and in a style that flatters his face, which is rather angular with pronounced cheekbones that you could probably cut cheese on. Hotaru has a pair of soft brown eyes which peer out from under lashes that have no rights being on a boy. He is in the habit of batting these eyelashes when he wants something, or when he wants to look cute.
Costume: ‘Taru’s wearing absolutely nothing at all a white sheet over his head. With two eye-holes cut in. WooOOoooOOooooOOoo. [/end ghostie noises]
Anything you are bringing: TEA! TEA FOR EVERYBODY! Only it’s pumpkin and spice tea. OM NOM NOM. Oh, and also mulled wine. It’s not Bonfire Night yet, but ‘Taru doesn’t care!!
Original RPG: FURINKAZAN
Personality: Hotaru is changeable in his personality, like the water of his zodiac. He is exceptionally sensitive, and ever a romantic, but in the same breath he is often prone to violent mood-swings, laziness and a horrible tendency to be completely and utterly impractical. If there’s one thing he despises most, it’s being smothered, whether by rigid rules or people in general.
He is also acutely aware of his good looks, and he isn’t averse to using them to get his own way.
Hotaru is flouncy and... well, flouncy is the best way to describe him. He's extremely flamboyant, loves to be in charge of things, and above all, he lives in the moment. Even though he is the Chairman of the Tea Club, Hotaru is incredibly messy and scatty and disorganised to a T.

Character Name: Cleft the Hedgehog
Original Appearance: Like this.
Costume: Since his spines are flat like knives and, thus, dangerous, Cleft decided to dress as a Christmas tree, impaling colorful rubber ball 'ornaments ' on his spines and wrapping a band with a gold cardboard star taped to the front of it around his top spine.
Anything you are bringing: A basket full of the freshest Mobian fruit he could find.
Original RPG: Sonic the Hedgehog - Chaos Theory
Personality: Cleft is a goofy guy, wisecracking and always ready with a joke no matter what the situation. He's a bit of a drama king, though, and will panic when the going gets rough. He gets riled up pretty easily, and when he does, he starts complaining and it... can be hard to get him to stop. He isn't serious very often, but when he is, something is definitely up.


Character Name: Chase 'The Ace' Larson
Original Appearance: A good 6 feet tall and weighing in at about 180 pounds. He has short black hair, perfectly styled, honey-brown eyes that can melt any woman who looks into them, and teeth the color of ivory that actually seem to glint when he smiles. Tanned just slightly, his skin is devoid of any injuries or blemishes and toned just enough to make him look muscular without looking like a steroid-abusing monster. He typically wears a fancy white Italian suit over a red dress shirt, shining white shoes, and a red tie that matches a small red pin on his lapel. Atop his head, half-concealing his face is a white hat with a red band around it, just above the rim.
Costume: The Phantom of the Opera: high black boots, black dress pants, a black button vest over a frilly white shirt, and a black cape with a high collar. He carries a black walking stick, and he wears the infamous 'half-mask' over the right side of his face.
Anything you are bringing: A bottle of fine wine, and a LOT of money.
Original RPG: City of Sin, where he went by the name Lionel 'Thoth' Greenwood
Personality: The perfect way to describe Chase is as a ladies' man. He is kind, warm-hearted, and charismatic, willing to do everything in his power to assist a lady in need and able to flirt his way into any woman's heart (and usually her bed later on ~_^). He is a pacifist, but he's also just as intelligent and cunning as one would expect a man of his profession (casino owner) to be.

It is going to tough for me to choose a character off the RPGs I had done. But, I believed a supernatural character would suit this one best. And here I present thee to ya...

Name: Junichi Sohma
Age: 15
Gender: Male
Zodiac: Rat
Personality: Besides the basic character traits of the Rat being easily identified with Junichi, there are some other characteristics that differentiates him from the rest of the Sohma family. Firstly his EQ (Emotional Quotient) is way below from those of an average person, that perhaps explains why he is usually quiet and most of the time kept all his personal troubles and feelings locked up in his heart. He does not mingles well with his peers too and is the outcast of the class. Nobody knows him and noone in the class bothers about his existence.
Secondly, he is the type that just avoids trouble. For example if a bully is to approached him for any extortion, he would rather give up all his possession to him rather than putting up a fight. Don't take Junichi for a weaking though, he is a black belt karate expert but he just chose to take an ignorant route of avoiding problems since his life motto is
"I trust noone other than myself"
Thirdly, he had from an extended Sohma family but because of his 'secret' (Sohma's curse), he was made to move over to the main family house.
History: Being in the extended family, he is based in Osaka but as his 'secret' would seem rather to be easily revealed if he still stays over at his hometown. Hence as a result, the main family had issued an order and making him to come over to Tokyo to reside with them. Since his recent moveover to Tokyo, nobody in the Sohma family had never taken notice of him. This despite the fact, that they already know that the 'Rat' would be joining them.
Appearance: A mere ordinary human but his body is slightly built which would made any of his peers marvel and envy him. He stands at a height of 1.75 metres and weighs around 65 kilograms. His hair colour had always been gray since birth and that is the most obviously physical trait of him being a rat.
Animal Appearance: Typical house rat
Costume: For the Halloween party, he would be dressing up as a black Shimigami. He would wear a black coat with a hood covering over his head. He will be armed with a scythe, so beware if anyone wants to piss him off. ^.^
Anything you are bringing: Lolipops! Everyone loves them. Junichi has all kinds of fruity flavored types.

Character Name Jason Landrew ( What? Thought I would use a loli? }
Original Appearance Standing about five foot four inches Jason does not look very intimidating; his body is a bit lanky, but with a lot of muscle definition. He is very clean shaven, with dirty blonde hair that remains uncut and messy, some times dipping below the top of his ears and his eyes.
Costume Wearing a version of the Robin Costume from the Batman Comics, with a small black mask across his eyes, a cape that is black on one side, yellow on the other. A tight red shirt with a Robin Patch on the Left chest, Green Tights, and Green Gloves.
Anything you are bringing He’s setting up the freaking party!

Personality He is a typical fifteen year old boy, he tends to be a bit of a goof and show off, yet can also be incredibly shy.

~~~[DOOM!] ~~~~

The party was starting any minute, and I was running incredibly late, worse yet I was the guy that was supposed to be setting up this party! “Stupid Stupid Stupid.” I cursed myself, rushing through the old mansion that I had spent days meticulously sitting up. Although in reality this place didn’t really need any extra help, it was creepy enough already!

“Don’t worry I will set it all up, Nah I don’t need any help, IDIOT!” I groaned, using my powers to lift a large plate of candy from the kitchen, levitating it down the hallway and onto the snack table.

“I think that’s…” I used my left arm to wipe some droplets of sweat from the top of my brow, the latex glove squeaking rather loudly as I rubbed it across my forehead. My moment of rest was short lived as a gurgling sound drew my attention to the fountain of blood across the room.

The small fountain of Hawaiian Punch, which was supposed to represent blood, was spitting it up far higher than it was supposed to, showering the small assortment of food around it with the liquid. “Aw Damnit!” I swore, levitating the fountain in the air as it spewed across the dance floor.

“No no no…” Whimpering I quickly dashed it over to a clean table where the rumbling from the fountain began to slow, and the stream slowly returned to normal.

I let out a small sigh of relief, allowing myself to relax before glancing around and realizing the juice had spewed across several different snacks, and part of the dance floor. “Oh God…” I placed a hand over my horrified face. What else… what could make this worse?!

At that moment the door bell rang, signaling the first Party Goers.

"Damn it! Why isn't anyone opening the damn door?" silently I cursed the organizer of the Halloween Party in my mind after I rang the door bell.

I am standing here in the middle of night, wearing a black hood. It's warm and humid and I am perspiring. "If he isn't opening up the door within a second, I am going to kick his bloody ass!" I muttered to myself.

"One!" I counted. Frustrated, I took my scythe and was going to slash the door when it creaks open without warning.

"Swish" missing by probably half an inch, I almost slice Jason into half. The poor fellow got scared out of his wits and pause in his step, staring out at in blankness.

"You are lucky, Jason." I whispered to him as I forced myself in between the space of Jason and the main entrance. Noticing at the unprepared table setting, I stood in the middle of the living room and shook my head. Alas what the hell had Jason been doing? I swiftly turned my head and noticed a still paralyzed Jason. Strolling towards the main entrance again, I tucked at Jason's sleeves and pointed my finger towards the unprepared decorations and before moving my finger towards the clock's direction.

Jason still recovering from his earlier once in a lifetime shock, tilted his head towards the clock's direction and noticed that the party indeed will start in ten minutes time. "We are still early!" I took off my black hood, exposing my gray hair. "Do you need help? I am not going to leave this party this soon after having to escape from the Sohma's main household this late in the night."

Rolling up my sleeves to indicate my willingness to help Jason, I stared at Jason. The poor fellow seem to still blank out in front of the clock. "That poor bastard must have hit his panic button and froze out. I guess I better put up the decoration my own way!" Scurrying along to finish up the undone decorations before the rest of the guests were to arrive.

Character Name: Moswen
Original Appearance: She stands roughly at about 5'8" in height, with a slim yet toned build. Normally she would wear a cloak that covers up her right side, exposing her left side which has swirling black tattoos all the way up to her face and five armor pieces which cover her pelvic region, chest, neck, wrist and thigh. Her hair is long and flowing and on the right side is blonde while on the left is dark to the point of being black. Her eyes are also split- her right being blue and the left being violet. She has an elegant look about her features, although an overly serious expression on her face usually at all times. Oh yeah, she has wolf-like ears (right is white, left is black) and a large, thick fox-like tail.
Costume: She was talked into wearing a maid costume, by her 'guest friend' An Akio. She hadn't brought anything, but he insisted and they went shopping and he picked it out. (eheh.) She feels uncomfortable on it, being that she still has armor pieces although they're not too heavy.
Anything you are bringing: She brought her pet kitsune with her (a baby white fox) and some mochi ice cream.
Original RPG: CotR2
Personality: She's very serious although she knows how to be polite. She tends to look at things in an overly practical manner and has a hard time expressing her emotions. Yadayadaya... she'll most likely be the one sitting in the corner quietly observing.


Character Name: An Akio
Original Appearance: He's tall and has a rather finely toned build, having large shoulders and a small waist from his days of swimming. His skin is slightly tanned from his outdoor activities.He has curiously brilliant yellow eyes that would stand out, if he didn't have blazing red hair as well. His hair is very fluffy, having bangs that tempt to go over his eyes and a group of long strands that go in front of each ear.
Costume: Thinking it'd be appropriate, Akio is wearing cat ears and a cat tail- along with simple whisker make-up. He's wearing all black to help - tight black pants and a muscle black t. (xD)
Anything you are bringing: His wallet, a huge frick'n pile of melopan of assorted flavors and several pumpkins.

Moswen & Akio
The Duo That Should Never Be

"Huurrrrry uuuuup Moswen-chaaan!" Akio whined slightly as he held the rather huge plastic garbage bag that was chuck full of melopan. Moswen growled slightly from behind, a clear look of annoyance on her face as she held an armful of pumpkins while also trying to manage high-heels and a short maid's miniskirt.
"This is just ridiculous..." She growled, reaching up to him as she walked up the steps.
"Now now Moswen-chan, it is absolutely important that we bring pumpkins and delicious food! To be in the spirit of-"
"Not that, this OUTFIT. How you managed to talk me into it..."
"But Moswen-chan! You look absolutely wonderful! And I think the short skirt helps your tail!"
"My tail lifts it up MORE-"
"We're almost there!"

Moswe sighed as Akio darted off, reaching the front door to see two guys already there. One was shrouded in black and held a rather large scythe and the other looked like he had been working way to hard. Akio grinned and gave them a light nod from behind his very large bag.
"Hello~" His teeth practically sparkled as he walked past them, entering the house without so much a hesitant glance and immediately plopped the melopan on one of the tables and began taking them out and neatly arranging them.

"Pardon him... I somehow got stuck with being one of his guests." Moswen said with a heavy sigh, reaching the two near the door who had now begun entering the house.

Cho Itou and Fuu

"Sugoi..." I whispered as we stood in front of the mansion.

"Cho-chan! Fuu doesn't think she got your eyes right!" Fuu shouted as she looked in the compact I gave her.

I laughed and took the compact from her. "No, you got them reversed. But it still should be interesting." Fuu nodded and followed me as we walked to the mansion. "Remember, no troublemaking. Be on your best behavior."

The transformed nekomata bristled. "You're the one who gets into fights! Fuu just follows your lead!"

"And no referring to yourself in the third person. We're supposed to be twins," I reminded her before entering the mansion.

It was bigger on the inside than on the outside, if that was even possible. A boy in a Robin costume came and greeted me, then stopped in mid-speech as Fuu peeked out from behind me. "Domo! I'm Cho!" we said together.

"Uhhh..." he groaned.

"You look like an otaku," Fuu commented with a giggle. "We brought cookies!"

"And candy apples!" I said brightly.

"We'll need a dentist soon!" we said together.

"Cho-chan!" Without warning, someone grabbed me from behind and squeezed hard. I struggled before recognizing the voice. "You look so cuuuute!"

"Aaah! Akio-kun!" Fuu laughed at the slight blush on my face. "How did you know which one of us was me?"

"You can't fool my superior instincts!" He looked over at Fuu. "This has to be Fuu!"

I squirmed out of his hug to get a better look at him, succeeding in deepening my blush. "Akio's wearing tight clothes," I said softly. The red in my face disappeared quickly. "We're still cuter than you!"

Fuu grabbed a couple of chocolate melopan and handed a pawprint cookie to Akio and looked at all the guests. "Who's she?" she asked him, pointing to the canine woman in the maid outfit.

"That's Moswen, my guest." Moswen glanced at us and waved.

I waved back and took one of the melopan from Fuu. "I think it's great that you finally have a girlfriend. As your unofficial onee-chan, I've been worrying about you."

Jason Landrew
~~~[DOOM!] ~~~~

My heart remained lodged firmly in my chest, beating in my ears to the point it was all I could hear. A trickle of sweat ran down my forehead, threatening to unglue the mask that I wore over my eyes. That Scythe, that Scythe almost cut me in two! My very first guest just tried to kill me before I could say a single thing!

The scythe wilding man point at the clock and spoke something which could be in a different language, the truth was that I couldn’t recognize what he was saying over the pounding in my ears so for all I knew it could be in a different language. My eyes slowly turned to look up at the clock as it dawned on me that even more would be arriving in any minute. The pounding in my ears suddenly grew quicker and faster.

“Hello.” Some thing scurried across the room, depositing a bag on the table before beginning to arrange it all out. I found the strength to raise my arm and give a small wave in return. Even though I had suffered a near death experience I had to get it together, I had to get back to work.

Another voice caught my attention, this one coming from behind me, in the direction of the doorway. “Pardon him…” The beautiful melody of a voice said. “I somehow got stuck with being one of his guest.”

Summoning up all the strength and will power that I could afford, I slowly turned my body and found myself eye to eye, face to face with a beautiful woman as she slowly entered the room. ‘Don’t look at her breasts, don’t look at her breasts…’ I mentally warned myself, of course the first thing my eyes went for…

I could only hope she didn’t notice as she made her way across the room, my eyes following her every movement, as they slowly tracked down to her tail, and the miniskirt. Just the brief glance of the tail and skirt that I was able to steel was enough to send blood rushing to my face in the form of a blush.

That was just enough to finally drive me out of the initial shock brought about by the scythe and send me back to work, first setting up the music system with all the scary grounds and various sound effects that echoed through the house. And then made my way around the mansion making sure the various rooms were unlocked.

By the time that I had returned to the entry way, another guest had just shown up, or actually two guests it seemed. “Domo! I’m Cho!” They both said in unison, their voices echoing around my ears and my brain.

“Uhhh…” I groaned, the way this night was starting, I wasn’t sure I would survive it.

Cleft and Chase

-----------------10 MILES FROM THE MANSION----------------

"You're a real piece of work, Jimmy." the masked man said, smirking. "A chauffeur that gets lost on the way to his own destination... Did you, by any chance, graduate from the same school as that volunteer fireman whose department burned down last year?"

"I didn't get lost, sir. I was... taking a detour." a young man in a chauffeur's hat and suit replied, his brown eyes nervously scanning the dark freeway ahead of his benefactor's limousine, which was painted pitch-black and had blood-red velvet seats specifically for this time of the year.

"Through the same town three times?"

"...Well, it IS a nice night for a relaxing drive and I-"

"Nice night or not, Jimmy, it'd be very rude of us to show up late. Us and our young friend... Where is he, anyway?"

DNK-DNK-DNK.

"Never mind... I think I just found him..." the costumed man replied, rolling his eyes and signalling for Jimmy to open the rear windows. He did so, allowing his passenger to glance out at what had knocked on one of them.

Running alongside the car was a creature resembling an orange Sonic the Hedgehog, but with glasses, green sneakers, green gloves with blades on the sleeves, and spines that spread out behind his head rather than running straight back.

"You called?" the creature replied, smiling broadly at the occupants of the car.

"Cleft, are you aware of the dangers of running at top speed on a dark freeway with oncoming traffic?"

"Hahaha!" was Cleft's only reply, his spines bouncing with each stride. "Sure I am! I've been running in dangerous environments all my-"

HOOOOOOONK-HOOOOOOOOOOOOONK!

Cleft looked forward, seeing two huge white lights coming at him at high speed, a massive square shape right behind them.

"CLEFT!" Chase yelled, reaching out the window.

"Whoa, momma!" Cleft yelped, skidding to a stop.

The next few moments seemed to slow to a crawl. Cleft was capable of dodging the oncoming truck with ease, but Chase couldn't respond as fast... Cleft jumped up and left, pushing Chase's hand back into the window of his limousine and planting one foot against the limo door. A fraction of a second later, Cleft bounded off it and towards the rapidly approaching semi. He hadn't gotten enough momentum to clear it, so he quickly curled into a ball, hoping his Homing Dash could plow through it-

Just then, however, he felt something just grazing his back, underneath him. He glanced out of the corner of his eye, realizing that he was on a 'step' of some sort: the hood of the truck! Cleft instantly uncurled and drove his feet down, pressing the hood down hard enough to dent it as he propelled himself upward, just barely landing on the top of the truck. He dashed forward, stumbling over the gap between truck and tractor. The limo was passing the truck... Cleft had to act fast! He managed to roll to his feet, running at top speed to the back of the tractor and springing off, leaping as far as he could.

From inside the limo, things went much faster: All Chase caught was something forcing him back into the car just before the truck blared past and took off his head and arm, followed by a strong wind as an orange blur bounded up the front of the truck.

"Jimmy, the sunroof!" Chase ordered.

Jimmy nodded and opened the window atop the car; Chase stood up and looked back at the truck just in time to hear a familiar voice:

"INCOMIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIING...!!!"

WHAM! CRASH!

Jimmy looked in the rear mirror, seeing Chase half-sitting and half-laying on the backseat, a look of irritation on his face due to the slightly disheveled, orange, anthropomorphic hedgehog sitting on his head.

"Ummm... Hey, Chase?" Cleft asked, grinning sheepishly and rubbing the back of his neck. "Uh... What exactly is a 'freeway,' again?"

A short while later, the limousine pulled up in front of an old, decrepit mansion.

"This is the place, sir." Jimmy said.

"Yahoo!" Cleft squealed, jumping out of the sunroof and dashing to the trunk. "It's party time!"

Chase removed a gold pocketwatch from his suit and looked at it.

"Heh... We got lost three times and we're STILL 7 minutes early. I gotta hand it to you, Jimmy..."

And he DID hand it to Jimmy - the 'it' in question being a roll of $100 bills.

"...You're quite the capable driver."

"Thanks, Mr. Larson." Jimmy said as his boss grabbed a bottle of expensive vintage wine and got out. "Should I wait here or...?"

"Ready!" Cleft said, hopping out of the trunk, rubber balls covering his spines and a shiny yellow star taped to a strap wrapping his foremost spine. In his hand was a large bowl of fruit with fancy paper Chase had supplied wrapped around it.

Chase smiled.

"That's quite the... original costume, Cleft." Chase said as they walked up the footpath.

"Original AND safe!" Cleft replied, stopping in front of the door. "I might be friendly, but these spines sure ain't, haha!"

Chase nodded and knocked on the door, which sounded eerily hollow; the whole house seemed to groan in response.

As the duo waited for a response, the star on Cleft's forehead began to shimmer and glow a faint white...
