SO SO ME HOMIES. Weas got bought a Pisp by her magnificent boyfriend for doing marvellously on her dissertation. She has Patapon (ROCK ON PATA PATA) and Crisis Core in the post, but WHAT ELSE SHOULD SHE GET FOR IT?!

Other than Patapon 2. That's a cert.

I Guess this is a Pisp-game recommending thread, eh? Has anyone played the Warhammer armies game? How's Tekken: Dark Something? What about Warriors Orochi? Help help! All these games clamouring for my attention, and all I can think about is that they're releasing Spyro and Spyro 2 for the Pisp soon. SQUEE.

I would suggest Final Fantasy Tactics and Tales of Eternia if you want a RPG fix. Also umm... IM me for some special things you can do with your PSP ~.^

Urgh, no Tactics for me ta. I'm considering getting FFI and FFII, for the shinified cut-scenes and all, but eh. I've always hated Tactics.

As for Tales, I've heard that's quite good. Might give it a shot, heh.

FF 1 and 2 are rip offs they're just the GBA versions of the game but sold separate. Neither game is very good either.

Monster Hunter can be a lot of fun if you can get around the clunky interface. God of War is also suppose to be a very good game.

Well you'll have to find out what are the differences between the Gameboy/DS versions and PSP versions of the games to make sure what's worth buying. If you would get a much better version of the same game for DS, there's no point in buying a PSP version.

This comes from a guy who has barely touched PSP. I'm not a hardcore Nintendo fan because I play Playstations as well but somehow I'm not interested. I know some friends who have PSP and one plays Ratchet & Clank and the other Jackass. I almost hate Ratchet & Clank though I like the humor and Jackass is, well, I don't know, my friend says she's hooked.

So, I don't even know any good Japanese games for PSP that have been praised.

Well, as far as I know there's no FFI/II for the DS yet, and I doubt there will be since it seems like they upgraded from GBA --> PSP.

Hm, Ratchet and Clank was a fun demo on the PS2. Don't really care about games being Japanese though... I just tend to gravitate towards FF more than anything else.

The PSP remake of Persona is supposed to be good, if RPGs are your thing. I know I'd be jumping all over that if I had a PSP.

I don't think Eternia was released over here... I've only ever seen it once, and it was an import. Sad times, I'd buy a PSP for that game D:

Get the Kingdom Hearts game whenever it comes out! Omg, the PSP version sounds so much better than the DS one ;o; Oh well, atleast I get to fangirl over Roxas.

From what I've tried of my friends PSP, Phantasy Star was pretty interesting, if a little weird. I'm not sure of the actual title of it though other than Phantasy Star, so if there are more than one for the PSP tell me and I'll get back to you on the title I tried.
