Well just like the E3 topic, I am trying to spice up the forum a bit, and one thing I thought would be good was a few topics for each of the main summer games. This one had to be first since it is a bit special for me since I worked on it, and I believe my name is in the credits! Anyway I am hoping everyone will use these topics to talk about the games before they come out, as well as when they do come out, maybe even set up multiplayer matches.

The game was created by Terminal Reality and Red Fly, Terminal Reality handling the PS3/360/PC game, as well as script and voice recording, with Red Fly handling the Wii/PS2/PSP/DS game, and its distinctive graphic style

The game is due out on June 16th in the US on all systems but PSP, and June 19th on PS2 and PS3 in EU, with the other versions held back till this fall.

Since I have already played the Alpha Version of the game almost 90% of the way through, I can't give spoilers, but there will be a demoing of the game tomorrow at AKon, I will come back with pictures and impressions from that. The Demo of the game is also going to be released on PS3, 360, and PC in the weeks before the game.

A lot of people I know are really excited for this game but I just can't get into it. Maybe it's because I haven't seem ghostbusters since I was really little and only remember flashes of the film so I'm not as nostalgic as most people. Maybe I'll be more excited when I play a demo.

For this game to be really enjoyable for me they would have to get the original German dubbers do the German voices of the main crew. Then it'll be awesome.

Well expect a demo for the game this week, either Monday ( The original date Ghostbusters premiered ) or Thursday when the PSN store updates.

Also word is coming in that the Midnight Launch Event I will be attending will not only have the Terminal Reality creators there, but also have Ernie Hudson ( Winston ), the 40 foot tall Stay Puff inflatable, and the refurbished Ecto 1 from the original movie. If Winston does indeed show up, I wouldn't be shocked if Dan wasn't far behind him.

Anyone else playing it already? I think it's a fun game and well made indeed. And they dubbed the German version with the original voice cast of the movies. Yay.

Beat it twice! On normal and expert, got all the scans and artifacts and umm, thats about it! I still havnt tried the Wii or DS version or played Multi yet. OH! Video of a hidden level not included in the game has made its way onto the net.

I just tried the demo for the PS3 version last night; I must admit I'm impressed that they made the game so much like a movie. I wonder if that'll become a new trend in future games/movie sequels...?

Anyway, I own a PS3 and a Wii. Which version should I get?

I may be biased but I would say the PS3 version, if anything there is a missing level in it that may be released through DLC later this year.

I'd get the PS3 version too, I like the realistic character design better than the PS2's and Wii's more artsy one.
