[Ultimate Charizard]

Heres me digging up an RPG idea of mine from the mists of 2007. Had a few signups and i think it has potential it just fell away as most do. Lets give it another chance . Its more of a premise than a plot so it is a little short but i have it all worked out to unfold as we progress.

The Last Chancers

If i were to say the word 'Jedi' it instantly brings thoughts of noble intentions, wise judgements, and skilled warriors. But what does it take to become one of these 'elite'. An affinity for the force is a given however the legends of the strict training that all hopefull Jedi undertake from a very young age are are what give the Jedi their enigmatic reputation. Dedication and commitment above the standards of an average citizen of the republic.
But what happens to those who dont take as well to the training? We have all heard the rhumours of Dark Jedi that ally themselves to the teachings of the Sith but they have not been seen in millenia. Are we to assume that all young Padawans pass through to the rank of Jedi Knight, that the academy has a 100% pass record? Or is there perhaps something more?

Ok this story is to take place long before the actions of even Episode 1 so there will be noone using existing Charachters or technology besides the basics (space travel yes, X-wings no)
You will be one of the 'last Chancers'. Which is basically a nickname given to any Padawan reaching the end of his training with little hope of passing. Either because they are emotional, arrogant or just plain inept. Under the guidance of a Jedi Master (played by me) you will either prove yourself worthy to become a full fledged Jedi or face the alternative (which i will go into in the RPG). After all, the Jedi cannot allow those trained in the Jedi arts, but without the responsibility to use it wisely to run around the galaxy freely.
As i said im keeping this basic as i prefer to expand on things as the rpg grows and lately when i over complicate things people dont join. Any questions just ask or PM.

You will of course all be Jedi however i must restrict the Lightsaber styles. (Dont want to see any Red blades etc, those are Sith....and Emo. Your all ungraduated trainee's therefore you have a limited choice. There are 3 types of Sword style and 3 types of stance signified by blade colour. I may be persuaded to include more styles if you can convince me....no mind tricks.

: Single Blade - Star Wars standard
: Double Blade - The Darth Maul Special
: Short Blade - A pair of sabers with shorter 'dagger style' blades (about forearm length)
Stances -
: Guardian - Blue Blade, Lightsaber Specialists
: Consular - Green Blade, Force control Specialists
: Sentinel - Yellow Blade, Force augmentation specialists (fitness/speed/agility)
(Dont worry, picking one wont limit your uses of the other disciplines, remember Obi Wan was a guardian but could still use the Force effectively while Yoda, being a Consular was still a skilled Swordsman)

Name: Feran Sordanu

Looks: Stands about 6ft tall. Athletic but not muscular build. Short Brown hair and blue eyes. Wears standard 'stained white' Jedi robes (similar to Obi-Wan's in Episode 3)
Background: Was himself at one point a Last Chancer so knows what the new recruits are going through. Has seen his share of battle despite being a relitively young age and thanks to his experience was given the task of instructing the more rebellious padawans.
Personality: Very light hearted and enjoys a good joke. Doesnt like to act as the teacher role as much as he probably should but isnt afraid to do whatever it takes to make his students pay attention and learn the lesson. Doesnt suffer fools gladly and always makes a point to make an example of them.

Name: Sarah Deavan
Age: 20
Race: Human
Gender: Female

Looks: 5'6, slender athletic build, blue eyes. Has sandy blonde hair that she wears in a long, tight braid (it stretches to the middle of her back). She wears the typical sand-coloured padawan outfit.

Background: When Sarah was about three, she was abandoned by her parents on one of the outer rim planets. She was found by a Jedi Knight who brought her in and made her a youngling. She showed promise and was advanced to the rank of padawan but has been struggling since.

Personality: Sarah loves her training and is never anything but a hard working student, but she is let down by her inability to control her anger. She can't forgive her parents for abandoning her and the hatred she carries prevents her from obtaining the type of inner peace the Jedis demand. It most often manifests itself in battle situtations (not often but enough). Other than that, Sarah's actually a very nice and loyal person and gets on fairly well with the other padawan's. She's very skilled at swordplay but has a tendency to focus too much on direct combat, thus shutting out what is happening around her.

Other: she's better at force augmentation than control.

Name: Alore Rhea
Age: 16
Race: Mandalorian (waits for star wars fans to kill me)
Gender: Female
Looks: Pretty tall for a girl at 5'10", she has black slightly above shoulder length straight hair with almost a blue sheen to it and piercing blue eyes. Her face mainly has a serious, intense look to it, though sometimes will soften and you can see the seriousness is actually from being thoughtful. Takes pride in taking care of her body and mind.
Background: Was born on her peoples home planet, and at a young age was prided by her family on being an above average hunter, able to survive and defend herself from predators on her own. At the age of 5 she left her home planet with her parents as they roamed the galaxy, she was taken along to learn the conquering arts since she showed such promise. Until it was found out that she was using the force to enhance her natural abilities, which offended her people since she was relying on a 'jedi trick' rather than her own skill and strength. An outcast from her people, her parents did the best thing for her they could think of, give her a small ship and set her to survive in the galaxy alone. She did her best for awhile but was eventually found by a travelling Jedi, who sensed the force in her, and even knowing what she was felt that maybe she was young enough to be taught in the ways of the Jedi, rather than be left alone and potentially use her force sensitivity to fall to the Dark Side. Grew up with the jedi but struggled with the primal feelings of survival and the inability to quit using the force to enhance her strength since its an unconsious thing. Also cannot stand to see a child cry, and will defend one to the death.
