The Damsel of Disaster!

Ip and port fowarding
Hey all the smart people.
Here is my problem. To access the online games from my computer, I need the router to have a port forwarding activated. The problem. My dad runs the router administration. I have the passwords, and I can set the ports forward myself, but to guarantee that I have access to it, I would have to disable DHCP, which means he would know I have been messing around with his settings. To work around this, I port forwarded the port to the default IP address(192.168.1.100), and set my computer to log on at the same ip address.
However, if another computer is turned on before mine, when I log in, they will get the error - Another computer in the network is using the same IP address. How can I set up the port forwarding without screwing around with DHCP and not get this error?
