In a parallel world, with Chao instead of humans, and numerous Pokemon, the evil Team Plasma is plotting to conquer the world of Chao and Pokemon. They are using very similar technology to Cipher's Shadow Pokemon to do so. They have captured Palkia, closed the door to its heart, and made it a brutal fighter. Only one Chao, a Blitz (white two-tone Dark Chao) named Aurora, can stop them. She and her trusty Leafeon and Glaceon must help snag the Shadow Pokemon, open the doors to their hearts, and save the world.

Prologue

It was a warm summer's night, and a large plane full of Pokemon was well above the ground. The plane was rather large, and on the ground, was Project Black Pearl, otherwise known as Shadow Palkia. It let out its cry and warped space just in time for members of the criminal group of Chao called Team Plasma, to get on the plane and steal all the Pokemon. They got off the plane before it started to fall to earth. Only one Chao, the pilot, was left on the plane. He disappeared.
