Welcome back to the 2007 Silver Pencil Awards! It's time for the most critical part of the competition: the voting phase!

We use a 3-2-1 voting system here. For each category, you may choose your top three choices. Choice #1 gets three points, #2 receives two, and #3 earns one. After all the votes are tallied, the nominee with the most points wins!
