Which is better?

Tentacruel, Starmie, or Sharpedo.
I need a good moveset for them.
I also need to know what they breeds with and what they can learn through egg moves.
Last question,
what is a good personality for them?

I'd say Sharpedo.

The Dark subtype gizes it some ammunities and resistances, and it has powerful moves like Crunch and Skull Bash. It can learn many powerful TMs (including Blizzard), and the Rough Skin ability is VERY useful.

I like Sharpedo the best, but Starmie's actually better.

But he has both defenses reeeeally low! So watch out! I prefer Starmie: Nice stats, recovery, water and even electric moves.

Ewww... I wasn't even gonna reply to this at first since you asked so many questions, but I just felt that I must just share my two cents... DON'T use Sharpedo. He defensively sucks hardcore... he's just paper thing. The other two are much more viable in competitive competion.

I'm sure you could work something out with Sharpedo though if you desperately wanted to use him.
