This sounds fun, I'll join.
If I create a header, even if it is simple, you know you can await something special. And special it is indeed! I had that idea of "Dual Reffing" which Grey mentioned a year or two ago rattling around my head for quite a while now. And finally it is here! And it will be like nothing you experienced before!
You might ask why I exaggerate that much, and I'm glad you did pose that question! The battle in Mew's Dream will go down under the following conditions.
How many players? It will be two versus two.
Amount of Pokémon? 2 per Player, 2 on both sides out at once. DQ Time One Week
Damage Cap 45%
But what about the Arena? As you might have guessed by now, the Arena will be...
Mew's Dream
A variety of disorientating and bewildering effects can happen. How? You'll have to find out...
These effects will be listed here as soon as they are discovered. They might harm Pokémon, completely change your surroundings or give you an edge over the opponent. You'll never know what's going to happen next.

The fight will start in a deep space, with nothing in it. Noone gets any advantages, nor do they get disadvantages. The "random" effect will change at the end of every round.
This sounds fun, I'll join.
Ooh, sounds like fun! Count me in :3

Count me in too.
I'm in. This looks awesome.
So, the teams, produced by randomising are:
Cynder & BTPoke Versus Underscore & Ampharos
And;
Underscore to send out
Then BTPoke to send out and order
Then Ampharos to send out and order
Then Cynder to send out and order
Then Underscore orders attacks
Then Puma & I ref \o/
This should be fun~
How can I order if I don't even know what Pokemon Cynder is using? Same for BTPoke, in regards to which Pokemon I'll be using.
Good point. Let me do that again then.
Underscore to send out
Then BTPoke to send out.
Then Ampharos to send out.
Then Cynder to send out and order
Then Ampharos to order.
Then BTPoke to order.
Then Underscore to order.
I'm sending out Poliwhirl F Water Absorb
I wonder what happened to this.
We're waiting for BTPoke. If he doesn't post within DQ, we'll find someone to replace him
Oh, my bad. I don't know what happened, but I thought I posted. My bad
I'll be sending in Bulbob, my male Lantern with @Water Absorb.
I'll go with my Bulbasaur (Male, Overgrow).
I'll send iiiiin.... Mina the female Dragonite with Inner Focus.
I feel kinda guilty about that but I want experience so that I can tutor her some moves |3
Right, of course, duh!
Fire Punch@Bulbasaur ~ Thunderpunch@Poliwhirl ~ Flamethrower@Bulbasaur
If Rain Dance is set up, change all attacks aimed at Bulbasaur to Hurricane.
Energy Ball @ Bulbob ~ Leech Seed @ Mina ~ Toxic @ Mina
Thunderbolt@Poliwhirl ~ Thunder Wave@Bulbasaur ~ Thunder@Poliwhirl
if poliwhirl does anything to dodge, use Shock Wave instead. If Poli protects, use Blizzard on bulbasaur instead.
Mud Sport~Water Sport~Blizzard@Mina
Without Aerbro reffing this with me, I either search for someone else co-reffing, or I stop this battle. For now don't leave yet, calcs and text is set up, I will look for someone else willing to join the double reffing (:
Hmmm if you ref the first round and my computer decides to like me then i could just steal your template and co-ref with you, just wondering how co-reffing will work i don't think it's ever been done.
This is not how it was supposed to work, both refs will do the same round, and one result comes up. And without a steady stream of communication, I won't be doing this, so some kind of instant messenger is required. Though I start sending my PM's with explanations around at some point, just need to get other reffings done for now.
Well... I talked to a few people, and it seems like noone is especially interested into doing this dual reffing. Damn it!
The arena was quite some work to do though, I guess I just go ahead and use it somewhere else at some point.
