ALLOWED MOVES CHALLENGE Mikachu vs Someone, Ref Someone

This is more like a reverse form of my Banned Moves Challenge.

To follow the same idea as Crystal Tears vs. Mew Master battle, this battle consists of multiple sets, where both Pokemon are drawn back after one of them faints.

In the beginning of the battle, the trainers should PM their first Pokemon to the ref. Also, when a set has ended, both of the trainers should PM their Pokemon to the ref, who then decides the attacking order.

In the beginning of the battle, there are only 2 random moves usable from the moveset of each Pokemon. After each round, the referee uses Random Number Generator or something similar and gives access to two new random moves from the moveset of each Pokemon. If both Pokemon have the same move in their moveset and that move is allowed, they both can use the move. The further the set continues, the more moves will be allowed.

After a Pokemon faints, the winning Pokemon is drawn back as well and a new set is called, and both of those Pokemon will again have access to two moves from their own movesets only.

The ASB-only exclusive move Relax is accepted at any point.

I suggest we make this 5 vs 5, one at a time, but I can also negotiate.
Damage Cap 60, to make this shorter, but I can also negotiate.
DQ time: 2 weeks
Arena: Standard Indigo Plateau Stadium.
