being an angry scottsman i am offended by almost everything you said but machamp... why would anyone be offended "big scottish tree/bug" thats not offensive, you didnt call me a sheepf**ker or anything... but your team only has 4 people... WTF, add 2 more and youll get a rate... your sets are kinda bad... -_- why screech on sceptile when you have 3 special attax? there mainly all out attacking and pretty bad...

Perhaps a Shiftry would fit in with a Scottish team - to represent the nation's mysterious Druidic/Celtic nature cults.

Perhaps Roselia also. She's a nature fairy, and Scottish myth is full of such things.

i believe shiftry is japanese in design, just look at nuzleaf with the long nosed mask face and shiftry with the high single block sandle looking feet. no i think slaking could fit the irish team considering he looks like a large rugby player after a night at the pub

I just thought a tree-pokemon could represent Scottish Druidic myth, seeing as the druids worshipped nature. Not all Scottish characters were drunken musclemen. Sean Connery is Scottish, you know.

Although, if pokemon wasn't a kid's game, I'm sure they'd gome up with a Fighting-type based on a Drunken Boxer. That would be cool. Anyone ever play "Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance"? The character Bo 'Rai Cho is a pioneer of sorts. He stands as the first Drunken Boxer EVER to appear in a fighting game. (And he's one of the good guys, too).

Perhaps such a pokemon would have a trait which made all its stats go up when it was Confused or something; and it might have a few Poison and Fire moves.

Alas, it IS a kid's game so this will never happen.

Furthermore, I think this thread is getting silly, and we should end it now.

being an angry scottsman, i would like to add these pokemon for possibilities...

regirock, tyranitar, fearow (theres alot of craines), tauros, miltank, snorlax, rayquazza (resembles my clans signature, the McGregor dragon... except fr one obvious thing i wont post, its obscene), granbull, URSARING (obvious...), lapras, exploud, aggron...

anywhos... bah and the drunken dude in MK sux... his stance constantly changes and it is an offense disadvantage and isnt even a defense advantage... because of how he fights... anyways i alos think we should stop this now, mainly because, the dude doesnt even have a full team, so if hes gonna make a team on scottish themes things, there you go, when its done, edit the thread dude...
