    how can I get wish on an eevee egg through breeding??

    Default question about breeding wish..

    You'll have to get your hands on Togetic (normally that would be a problem because it's one of the 186 currently unobtainables, but since you have an Eevee anyway, I don't suppose you'd mind sharking for one), level it up to level 31 where it will learn Wish, then breed it down to Eevee through Skitty.
