Random doodles of Absol

Well, for the last week or so, I've been drawing Absol in class. I have no idea why Absol, but that's what randomly comes out of my pencil when I'm just trying to draw something. Then, when I was at grandma's yesterday and had nothing better to do, I drew... more Absols. I haven't scanned and colored them all, but here come two... I'll post more once I've scanned them and colored them...

This one's just standing there, its legs are too short, but I think the shading came out pretty well. I also started experimenting with all these cool effects in Adobe ImageReady.

OK, so I lied, I drew a Rapidash too... I really like the way it turned out.

I liked them, but especially the Rapidash. But....I can't find it's horn!

Hey, those look really nice! Especially seeing as they are school doodles! The coloring is really good, especially the shading on the darker blue parts of the face and such. Very well done! I also really like the golden glow you put around the whole body. The Rapidash looks lovely, indeed. I think one thing though that could be worked on are its legs. The hardest part of a horse. Next time, try to add in the joints of the bones instead of just making the legs straight and figureless. Other than that, it looks great! Well, keep up the great work!

Well, this is not an Absol either, but it's pokémon and it's a school doodle. I drew a Rapidash using Horn drill, then spent half an Icelandic class attempting to make its enemy a Blaziken, Grovyle, Flygon, Umbreon, Espeon, Jolteon, and then I grabbed the last pokémon I could think of that had a possibility that I could draw it properly in that pose, Vaporeon. To my great surprise, it came out pretty good. I'm quite proud of it...

This is the first Dragonite I've ever drawn, but it came out just how I wanted it! A teddy-like dragon, both cute and cuddly and dragony and mythical. I think the pawpads and this childish, curious expression really did it...

OMG, I wish I could draw that good........I'm so bad, and even if I liked something I don't know how to work my darn scanner and I don't think it's hooked up anyways.......sigh.........maybe someday........
