'Wow!, this Miltank his so good!' a boy with dark brown eyes, blue light jacket with grey sleeves and black and green sided gloves, white running shoes, a red hat and a pokeball symbol on the middle of it and a long black hair he watched the TV a big cow pokemon attacked a big flying pokemon with pink beak with his body then the Miltank won the battle a trainer dress like a karate teacher re-called his Fearow and send a purple pokemon that seemed to be a Gengar throw dark blue ball that didn't worked at the Miltank then a the Miltank used Hyper Beam and the attack didn't worked at the Gengar too but the trainers didn't give up the Miltank Rolled up at the round make him more faster and then he attacked the Gengar and KO'd him the trainer with Miltank won and the judge give him a cup and the...... the TV turned off a girl with long orange hair, blue light eyes, red shirt with dark black sleeves, green visor and a black jeans she smiled and said:
GO TO BED! followed by her Vulpix in the right side said of her
The boy was so scared he went sleeping before she saw him moving
'Good boy Bill, tomorrow his your day!' she shout looking at Bill's brown eyes
'What you said?' he said half sleeping he opened his eyes and said it again
'So what you said? you can tell me if it's about me! ok?' bill said he shouted a lot till the girl said something
'No, of course not! why you think I talked about you?' she said half confused
But Bill didn't listen her and went sleeping she went down and saw the Prof of the Islands he gave her a Pokedex and said:
Give this to Bill, this is one of the device I told you about and then run he from there.

Tomorrow...................................
'Waku up Bill!' the girl shout she pulley Bill with her hands till he waked up
'Yeah? what?' Bill said stile half sleeping
He waked up and brushed his teeth he dressed up and went to eat breakfast with his mom.
'You know that I saw Terra talking with Prof' Josh when you went sleeping? he gave her a Pokdex for you' Bill's mom said
Then Terra came too and gave Bill the Pokdex and said:
I need to say something, Prof' Josh came last night and gave this to me he also said that today you'll can get a pokemon!
'What?!?! a pokemon? and you didn't tell me?' Bill said he glared at Terra
'Yes! I think you need to be there right now' she said she make a stranger face
Then Bill run as fast as he could and after ten minutes he make it there he saw Prof' Josh waiting outside of the lab
He made it there and opened the door he saw Josh with an angry face he came inside and Josh started to talk

'Ok I'll explain you what you can do at the Seresu(their Island) Islands, you can make it to the different Islands I'll give you an example see:
Island of Seafowl
Island of Oniku
Island of Kretym
Island of Natanya
Island of Raanana

All this Islands are differents! so the decision is very hard! and then I'll show you the pokemons' Josh said he wear his lab coat
'I'll go to Natanya Island' Jerry said Jerry was Bill best friend
'I'll go to Raanana Island' Paul said Paul was one of Bill friends
'I'll go to Kretym Island' Eden said Eden was one of the girls in Bill's class
'So I'll go to the Oniku Island' Lior said Lior was Bill's rival they always fight who’s better
'So I think I'll take the Seafowl Island' Bill said

'Now here are the balls! Choose one of them!' Josh said he took five balls and showed them to the beginning trainers
Jerry was the first to take the Dive Ball she released the pokemon and a Seel came out of the ball he smiled to Jerry and Jerry checked what Seel is:

Seel the sea lion pokemon.
Seel hunts for prey in the frigid sea underneath sheets of ice. When it needs to breathe, it punches a hole through the ice with the sharply protruding section of its head. Seel his a Water-Type pokemon.

'Wow I like you!' Jerry said then she disappeared to the Natanya Island.

Then it was Paul turn he took the Fire Ball he released the pokemon and a Houndour came out he used Ember as a "Hey" to Paul then he take the pokedex and checked the Houndour:

Houndour the Dark pokemon.
Houndour hunt as a coordinated pack. They communicate with each other using a variety of cries to corner their prey. This pokemon's remarkable teamwork is unparalleled. Houndour his a Dark-Fire Type pokemon.

Then he disappeared too.

Then it was Edens turn she took the Brown Ball she released the pokemon and a Mankey jumped on Edens head she checked it at the pokedex:

Mankey the pig monkey pokemon.
When Mankey starts shaking and its nasal breathing turns rough, it's a sure sign that it is becoming angry. However, because it goes into a towering rage almost instantly, it is impossible for anyone to flee its wrath. Mankey his a Fightning-Type pokemon.

'Wow you're so cute I like you!' Eden said nicely when she disappeared to the Kretym Islands.

Then Lior take the normal pokeball he released the pokemon and a small raccoon danced in the lab, Lior taked him and checked him too:

Zigzagon the TinyRaccoon pokemon.
The hair on Zigzagon's back is bristly. It rubs the hard back hair against trees to leave its territorial markings. This pokemon may play dead to fool foes in battle. Zigzagon his a Normal-Type pokemon.

'You're cool!' Lior said when he disappeared too.

Then it was Bill's turn he take the last green ball he released the pokemon and a red eye with purple skin appeared.

Ok so this story seems ok because of the original parts like the pokemon and place. The whole watching the tv and mom thing is a little over done but ok. I like the idea of the islands and each person going to one. I think you could add some more length and description. Also are you using WORD? If you are I recommend spell check. I noticed some words misspelled like, 'Waku' should be wake, 'pulley' I think you mean pulled, and 'stile' should be still. Thous are some examples and then also some of the wording is a bit mixed up like 'Good boy Bill, tomorrow his your day!' you said his instead of is, you added a word. Just when your done go over it to check it out. It is real easy to misspell words. I think you are doing good for a first fic and just keep it up!
