Quick questions about Rurouni Kenshin

Hi, I have a few questions for you Rurouni Kenshin fanatics. I'm wondering about the OVA films that were done awhile back. I know there's, "Trust", and then, "Betrayal", which are prequels to the story in the TV series.

Then there's "Reflection" and some kind of OVA Samuari X movie. Where do these two fall in with the other OVA/TV series? Is "Reflection" the sequel to Trust and Betrayal, or is it like an ending to the TV series or something? I have no idea what the movie is or where it goes in relation to the rest of the story. I was thinking about buying some of these, and i'd just like to know what they are, and/or which of them are worth buying.

The movie takes place about half-way through season one, while they're in Tokyo. "Reflection" is meant as the end to the TV series, but I've heard pretty much nothing but bad reviews on it... and from what I've seen of it, it's really not very impressive.
