Calcium can only raise the SAT EV up to a value of 100. Beyond that, you'll need actual training to make it reach its maximum value of 255 (although if you're shooting for experience level 100, the way stats are rounded means that a level-100 pokémon won't get anything out of the final three effort points in a maxed stat, so you might as well leave it at 252.)
