Ok, about the Lightball, Metalpowder, and Thick Club... You can get the Lightball from a Pikachu from Yellow... and Metalpowder from a Ditto in RBY... and the Thick Cub from a Cubone and Marowak... I've gotten the lightball, so I know at least that works, but what do all these do?... lol

Metal Powder-When a Ditto holds Metal Powder, it's Defense doubles

Thick Club-When a Cubone or Marowak holds the Thick Club, it's Attack doubles.

Light Ball-When a Pikachu holds a Light Ball, it's Special Attack doubles. Note that this only works for Pikachu, it does not work for Pichu or Raichu.

Also, all of these items increase certain stats of certain Pokémon, but you won't notice the increase in stats when you check the Pokémon's status screen. However, even though you can't see the stats increase on the status screen, they really do increase, you will notice it when you battle.
