I have not seen this one in a very long
time. It was good I like the fact that Surge
call Ash "baby". It its like Brawly calling Ash
"little dude" but less annoying. I like the
cheer Team Rocket did and how Brock
called it disturbing but it was. The voice
of Surge and Raichu was great. The
last battle was great. using speed
against power was smart thing. The
way pikachu use his tail was very
smart. the look on Raichu's and Surge's
faces when Raichu ran out of Electric
power where very very funny.
