How do you get the ! and ? unowns in R/S? i really want them.

You get all the Unowns off Pokemon Fire Red/Leaf Green as this has been confirmed on the Japanese Versions.

Unowns ! and ? do exsist. All of the Unowns are found in some Caves in Pokemon Fire Red/Leaf Green. After the Elite 4 you can go to some extra islands and one of them has the Unown Caves on. These can be traded to Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire when Pokemon Fire Red/Leaf Green is released.

Yes Unown ! and Unown ? exist. They can be found in some ruins on Island 7 in Fire Red and Leaf Green Versions. You can go to Islands 1,2 and 3 after defeating Blaine and Islands 4,5,6 and 7 after defeating the E4, obtaining at least 60 pokémon and getting the National Dex from Prof. Oak. Island 8 contains Ho-oh and Lugia but can only be accessed with a Mystery Ticket which is currently unobtainable. The final Island, Island 9 contains Deoxys and can only be accessed with Aurora Ticket which is also currently unobtainable.
