secret base help needed

i was getting back into playing saphire in preparation to the u.s relase of fire and leaf, then i remembered about the secret bases and that i had never set one up. so i get my base all ready and start buying things for it and i couldnt remember how to get floor panels to fix any pieces that were missing. i kind of remember when the game first came out about the clearance sales at the department store but i they are never any sales, i have checked a couple of times in the alst 2 weeks and nothing. when are there sales and how exactly do i get the floor panels? thanks for any help guys.

The floor panels, as well as most of the really kool Decorations are on sale in the clear-out at Lillycove Department Store.

Once you beat the Elite4 and the Champion, you get adverts on TV for things like Clear-Out sales, Lati*s sightings, or Skitty/Surskit sightings, as both are quite rare.

When you see it advertised on TV, head there straight away!
