The only time I'd use a King's Rock is in a 2-on-2 match with both Pokémon using moves that hit both opponents to maximize flinch potential.

Good players will almost never rely on luck to win their battles. They may attempt to outpredict their opponent or throw in some random factor that can make things difficult for the opponent - but they won't let luck have the opportunity to become their opponent as well. They want their side of the battle to have factors that they can control.

That said, dump that Crobat set immediately. Go for a Choice Banded set with Sludge Bomb, Shadow Ball, Aerial Ace, and Hyper Beam\HP Ground or Rock.

Crobat works better as a Physical Sweeper than an Annoyer in Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire. It's all to do with giving him all EVs in Attack and Speed so he can sweep.

well, i was kinda lookin' for a crobat set with fly, and that pretty much seemed the best. thanks for the advice on bite tho. i might just use choice band, but i don't have a flyer ='( and i'm lazy.

any rates on kingdra?

Your Kingdra is good but some people might have HP Electric or Dragonbreath over Rest. HP Electric would make it cover more types as a Special Sweeper. Or Dragonbreath gets STAB and it has a nice PRZ chance.

i'm sticking with ice beam because i spent 80k on the tm and i don't have another raindance or rest tm to use. i would use dragonbreath but sharking doesn't change the pokes origins, does it?

plus i don't have a shark.

Stick with what you have because I've tried that Moveset and it works very well. You might want a Chesto Berry to wake up from the Rest straight away because Kingdra won't last long sleeping.
