Me! *raises hand* I love Inuyasha. But I'm only up to the episode where Inuyasha kills Ryukosei. SO...
I've started to watch this anime since last week. Its my first attempt in months to watch a 100 plus episodes series after pokemon and yu gi oh. Surprisingly the show doesn't bores me unlike wat the two previous lengthly animes even after it hits the 100 episode mark.
Well I'm now currently should be watching ard episode 136. I've watched until the part when Kikyou dies for the second time when the big bad character, Num Nan (Spelling?) kills her. Currently bit torrent is releasing upto only episode 148.
I was wondering if any one knows how the story plot goes after episode 136?

Lolz~ there are lots of funny moments in the anime. There is this time when the priest, Miroku, was trying hard to touch Sango's butt when they are in this 'holy' mountain. Miroku was trying real hard but he couldn't due to some reasons. Lolz~ Its nice to see that the priest goes decent for a day.
And also the part when Shippo always gets into the nerves of Inu Yasha. But who could blame him right? Shippo is still a kid.
First of all, a spoiler alert would have been welcome, Darkyouth.
As for Inuyasha... I watched it for twenty-odd episodes, but it lost its charm after it turned into a 'talk to person, find bad guy, kill bad guy, collect random object, rinse, repeat, insert melodrama where appropriate'. If I want a show that exactly replicates the experience of watching someone play Final Fantasy, I'll just hook up a VCR when someone's playing. Thanks, but no thanks.
Believe me. Inuyasha definitely moves on.
And a correction from my previous post, I meant Ryukotsusei.
And isn't Miroku a monk? I dunno, but consider a difference between priest and monk. And yeah it's funny how Shippo is still a kid in in demon years but in human years he's 50.![]()

I used to watch it, but after episode 096, I just stopped. I realized that they would end up doing the same thing over and over, and they would never find all of the Skikon shards.
I bet they haven't even killed Naraku yet.

Well, actually...
no.
At least, not the eps they're currently running. They aren't new (apparently), and are airing eps 142-145 this month. So I can't tell you how far they truly are, but what they are airing still has Naraku.
Shippo's so funny. It's cute how Miroku keeps being a pervert and Shippo keeps asking what the heck he's talking about. XD

Aren't the episodes on Saturday night new ones? And then the ones playing during the week are repeats (though they're new for me). That's what I thought...Originally Posted by EVme15

I love Inuyasha. I have seen every U.S. eppy out so far and have a lot of the eps on DVD.![]()
Really? I just checked a few sites, and they all say that episode 151 is airing on Monday, May 10...?!Originally Posted by EVme15

Damn, well, since I heard the series is going to end soon, I might as well catch up in the following few weeks. *Gets ready to watch episodes 096 to 100 tomorrow* I really love the show, and I'm sad to hear it's ending. I bet I'll regret not keeping up when I get back into the swing of things.![]()

Sorry EVme15, I should've figured that. My bad. :-/

Lolz~ the last time I checked bit torrent at scarywater.net~ Inu Yasha is still at episode 150. And I can't wait to get episode 137 onwards from my friend lolz.
As for the spoiler's part, I guessed I'm sorry ;P~ Naruku hasn't actually died and after he got his second body. (His first got destroyed by Inu Yasha and bro). He apparently got rid of the 'Spider Heart' and create another being (In the form of baby) </spoilers> Oopz![]()
Meh, If you ask me I never really saw Naraku as a good villian. At least compared to somebody like Kefka. I suppose Kikyo could pass as a villian, but I'm EXTREMELY biased against female villians (go ahead and call me sexist, I could care less). Besides, Kikyo's more of a cold heartless bastard who cant make up her damn mind which side she's on and thinks only of dragging Inuyasha to hell with her. She's only a slab of clay and I personally think she's better off with Gumby than him (If you never heard of Art Clokey's "Gumby", click here )
But enought criticism.. I'll move onto what I like about Inuyasha as a series.
Sesshoumaru- This guy is just totally badass. Kinda like Sephiroth in a way, but less of a momma's boy. Its a pity he's more of an antihero than a villian, he would have been damn perfect.
Inuyasha- Meh, nothing really too special about Sesshoumaru's kid brother. The Tetsusaiga'a techniques are pretty cool I guess, but Demon Inuyasha literally rapes left & right. I prefer DI over his half-human form.
Miroku- A pervert. Like me. Who else wouldnt want to grab Sango & Kagome's ass? XD
Kagome- In all seriousness, I personally love Kagome. She's just damn overall cute. The schoolgirl outfit suits her. Her personality also just makes her even more huggable. Call me a fanboy if you want. I'm just surprised why so many fans of the series hate her so much, I don't find anything wrong with her.
Momo (Totosai's 3-eyed flying cow thing)- MOOOOO?! I mean, where else are you gonna find an anime with a three-eyed cow that can fly on a DBZ-style cloud? Pity Momo doesnt do any martial arts like the cow in Kung Pow: Enter the Fist, but complete ownage nonetheless cuz nobody expects the three-eyed flying cow!
I can't imagine watching it subbed. Richard Cox is that much ownage.
I love InuYasha!!It's one of my favorite shows. Let's see episode 136 is what part again? If you tell me then I might remember what happens next.
It should be around episode 152 by now if I'm not wrong~ I got Inu Yasha through a friend rather than downloading it myself.
Well after episode 136, Naraku created another creature. This time in a form of a baby which had the power of mind control over who hugs it. All this baby have to do is to find a weakness in the person and tah-tah mind control is done!
Actually I'm kinda bored with Naraku has a villian too. Maybe they should create another enemy.
I never really saw Naraku as a great villian anyway. At least compared to the better villians out there, namely Kefka, Sephiroth, etc. Theres just something about him that doesn't appeal to me.
If anything, Kikyo should be the main villian. I can imagine her with a chainsaw & a hockey mask, not that Takehashi would do that to her anyway. If anything, Naraku's gotta be more insane. An insane villian is a happy villian, and happy villians are ownage.
Naraku isn't dead yet? I saw the first movie with subtitles, and he didn't appear in it. I assumed he was dead after that.
Kari and Mewtwo, check out Descendents of Darkness if you want a crazy villian. Muraki fills every bad guy role out there(stalker, scientist, seducer, doctor, evil spirit summoner, immortal, serial killer, evil eye, etc.). If you don't believe me, here is his main motive:
SPOILER:
Muraki is stalking/trying to capture the main character because the main character regenerates to the point that he is immortal. Onece Muraki has captured said character, he plans to rip the head of and replace it with his semi-dead brothers head. Muraki will then kill his brother/main character. There are weird reasons that make twisted sense behind all of this.
END SPOILER
