Every once in a while when I check my Pokenav the blue dot in the middle will flash. What is the reason that it does that? As far as I can figure it happens when a trainer from my Trainer Eyes wants to rebattle, but that's just a guess. Does anyone know for sure?

Gatekeeper is 100% right. It's the alert that you are on the same route as a trainer who wants a rematch. Very handy if you are running around trying to reactivate some.

Yes, that's correct. I checked it out and it flashes when you're on
the same route as a rematch-wanting trainer.
